Luxury furnished duplex apartment occupying the lower two floors of an 1880 two-family, historic land marked, brownstone townhouse. Our beautiful black cat lives in apartment and needs to be fed and loved.

Fully renovated, 1,800 square feet. Scandinavian furniture and artworks from around the world.

2 bedrooms, one with a wood-burning fireplace.

One and a half baths. Separate soaking tub and walk in shower. Heated marble floor in bathroom. Handicapped accessible.

Washer, dryer, dishwasher.

2 Cable TVs, wired and wireless broadband Internet access.

2 VCRs and stereo with speakers in every room on bottom floor.

Large garden.

Best block in Prospect Heights, two blocks north of Park Slope. Easy access to subways 2, 3, 4, 5, Q and B and to Long Island Railroad.

Near shops, cafes, restaurants, main branch of Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park and Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Near Brooklyn Academy of Music and close to St. Ann’s Warehouse Performance Space.
