Our family get-away cottage is located on a serene wooded lot with enclosed patios offering plenty of privacy. Furnished with a modern flair, the cottage is fresh, casual and comfortable.

Fill your days with walks on the beach, in the French Quarter downtown, at a local plantation or civil war era fort – all within 8 miles of the house. The county park beach on Isle of Palms is just on the other side of the connector 4 miles from your vacation home. It offers beautiful new facilities to meet all your needs on beach day. Dogs are permitted on the beach during certain hours.

In addition to all of the historic landmarks nearby, the Mt. Pleasant Town Center is ¼ mile down the road. It’s filled with national brand stores as well as specialty boutiques for your shopping pleasure.

At the end of your busy day, return to:

Fantastic Charleston area rental

My wife, dog and I have stayed at a few house rentals and hotels in the Charleston area and this house was the best experience we have had. The home is spotless clean inside and out, location cannot be beat and the owners are extremely nice and helpful. If you enjoy Charleston, Mt Pleasant and Isle of Palms there is no better location to stay. It is very easy to get to all the wonderful attractions and restaurants in the Charleston area from this location. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and even though the beach at Isle of Palms was busy we were able to driver there from the house in a comfortable amount of time. Getting to downtown Charleston was very quick as well. We enjoyed dinner at Fleet Landing and Taco Boy, breakfast at Sea Biscuit and also went to the Charleston Farmers Market. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to return again.

We selected our home for the great location and love the fact that the beach is so close by and well equipped with showers, change rooms and restrooms. We shower off and hop in the car for the 5 minute ride back home. Kellie does a wonderful job of keeping our home spic and span as well as greeting our guests and answering any questions they may have.

My husband, son and I rented this home for a week in early April. The property is in an awesome location and close to everything you could want and/or need.The house was clean and accommodating and very nice. Kelli welcomed us and she was friendly and had lots of info to share about the house and surrounding area. Overall it was a great experience and there is nothing that I would have changed. I will definitely be renting this place again!!

We LOVED staying at this super clean and comfortable home! Everything I needed was there....everything. Mike and Suzanne truly thought of all the details. As if the house being perfect wasn't enough, the neighbors were so kind and helpful. We made friends with the kids next door and had playdates and delivered cupcakes for my child's birthday. The location is ideal. There is a grocery store within a couple miles. The beach is a 10 minute drive. Town Center for shopping is 5 minutes away. In short, we are booking for next year!

Wonderful Place to Stay in Charleston

This is a beautiful and comfortable cottage located in Mount Pleasant only minutes from all there is to see in the Charleston area. The home features all of the amenities and more that you would expect from a high end rental. Hiker, our Lab, enjoyed the shade provided by the tall pines surrounding the home. The neighbourhood is pleasant and safe and the neighbours more than friendly. Your next door neighbours, Lou and Carol, are especially welcoming.
Kelly, our local contact, provided us with a warm greeting and was very accommodating to our needs.
We have been visiting Charleston and renting homes for the last 7 years and would highly recommend this home. We look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you Suzanne and Mike for sharing your home with us.

This is an extremely clean house and exactly as pictured. It is one of the few VRBO homes I have stayed in that did not affect my allergies. It is well furnished and decorated. The kitchen is well stocked even to the spices. The location is close to the Town Center mall, several grocery stores, Wal-Mart and Target. Several restaurants are close by. 20 minutes to Charleston. Kellie, the local contact, is very friendly and responsive. We hope to return next year.
