Our family get-away cottage is located on a serene wooded lot with enclosed patios offering plenty of privacy. Furnished with a modern flair, the cottage is fresh, casual and comfortable.
Fill your days with walks on the beach, in the French Quarter downtown, at a local plantation or civil war era fort – all within 8 miles of the house. The county park beach on Isle of Palms is just on the other side of the connector 4 miles from your vacation home. It offers beautiful new facilities to meet all your needs on beach day.
In addition to all of the historic landmarks nearby, the Mt. Pleasant Town Center is ¼ mile down the road. It’s filled with national brand stores and restaurants, as well as specialty boutiques for your shopping pleasure.

I recently assumed the task of managing this charming little property for my friends, the Kaufmans. I have family in the area and spend a lot of time in Mount Pleasant. Between myself and Kellie, who lives nearby and keeps the house spotless, we will surely maintain the high quality and comfort for which this property is known.

The Kaufmans chose South Carolina because of the temperate climate. They wanted a real city with lots to do year round. They chose Mount Pleasant specifically because it is central to everything in the Charleston area. The cottage is within 4 miles of the beach, 8 miles from downtown Charleston and about the same distance from the international airport. Access to Charleston's beautiful county parks and plantations is also quite convenient.
You will enjoy the home's private setting. The patios are secluded and the wooded property affords pretty views from any window.
This bright and cute place was perfect for a girls getaway. You are just minutes from the beach and all that Charleston offers yet in a relaxed and private setting. There was plenty of room so everyone could be together for meals and socializing yet have their own space as needed. The surrounding neighborhood is great for morning walks and there are lots of restaurants and shopping right nearby in Mt. Pleasant. This would definitely be a place we would stay in again when in the Charleston area.
We enjoyed our stay in Charleston in this comfortable and clean home. Toni was always responsive to our calls and emails from the very start, which made renting much easier. Kelli greeted us when we arrived and oriented us to the house, which was immaculate and well-stocked. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, nice for taking walks, and we all enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal there. Thanks to Toni and Kelli for everything. We’re happy to recommend this home for a comfortable stay in the Charleston area.
We arrived at the location on Tuesday afternoon. I had emailed in advance with a special request. I had asked Kellie to have birthday cake and ice cream for my father-in-law's birthday. She had purchased the items, and had balloons so when he walked in he was surprised. Thanks Kellie. We enjoyed our stay, and the place was quite comfortable. A relaxing vacation spot. We seriously enjoyed the history of the surrounding areas. Certainly will keep in mind for future visits at Charleston.
We rented this property during labor day weekend and we were very pleased. We were 15 minutes from Charleston and 8 minutes from Isle of Palms. There are shopping outlets about 5 minutes away. This location a mile from Boone Hall plantation. The house was very clean and was roomy for 7 people. There is a wonderful coffee bar that a few coffee drinkers really appreciated that were on the trip with us. It was a perfect home to stay if you are visiting Charleston/Mt. Pleasant/Isle of Palms/etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a rental near Charleston. The owner was very easy to work with via email/phone. We enjoyed it!
We stayed here for five days, there were four adults and two young children. The home is very clean and well stocked. Everything we needed during our stay was within two miles. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet as well. The owners and managers are always available to answer questions and very concerned about your comfort--that's a nice touch. We plan to spend more summers at this rental!
We loved our stay in Snee Farm. The house was great - well equipped with everything you would want for a great holiday. Our time on the beach was made more enjoyable with the body boards, beach chairs, buckets and spades. We would love to return there again soon.
Our property is centrally located to all there is to see and do in the Charleston area. Boone Hall Plantation is less than 1/4 mile away, the beach at Isle of Palms is just over the connector, Shem Creek and kayaking is less then 5 miles away and downtown Charleston is 8 miles away, over the beautiful Ravenel Bridge!
