We love Breck! This condo was amazing - great setting with a view of the forest and awesome location! We plan to return as soon as possible! 5 star location!
Book Breck is a local small business aimed at providing private, well maintained, well-appointed and well equipped homes supplied with eco-friendly nonessentials. Our target clientele is families who seek a home-away-from-home experience that is somewhere between the pampering of hotel-service, and the self-reliance of renting directly from a homeowner. Our local staff is knowledgeable on all homes and the community, and is committed to being honest, fair and responsive to guest and homeowner needs, and is dedicated to supporting our local community and the environment.
We visit this property regularly and know it about as well as we know our own home. Our favorite aspect of this home is it’s openness. This townhouse is bright and open. With hardwood floors and minimalist décor, the home invites the guest to make it their own. It’s also slightly out of town so you get to enjoy the open expanse around the home as well, including the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course! Our other favorite aspect within the home is the sanctuary feel of the master bedroom. It’s secluded on the top floor whereas the other two bedrooms are two floors down (separated by the living room) so it’s the perfect family getaway.
A very common line around here is “we came for the winter and stayed for summer”. We can’t tell you how many “locals” say they came here to experience just one season of fun on the slopes before returning to the “real world”. Five, 10, 20 years later they’re still here! Some tried to leave and ended up coming back thinking that retirement was just too far off! Breckenridge is an adult's playground. With or without children, there are numerous activities and events to keep all ages happy.
Winter is the main reason that locals and visitors alike flock to Breckenridge. This small mining town offers so much more than the typical ski resort. Downtown Breckenridge is only blocks from the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort so once you’re here everything is easily accessible to skiers and non-skiers alike. Below you will find a wide variety of Breckenridge winter activities you’ll enjoy during your visit.
