Settler's Rest is a three bedroom Breckenridge vacation rental that can sleep a maximum of six adults (up to nine with children).

This bright and spacious townhouse is nestled against the Peak 8 Nordic Center and the public open space beyond. This offers guests the tranquility of being surrounded by large pine trees just beyond the home and the back deck. Walk only a block away to catch the free ski shuttle for a short (less than 5 minutes) ride to the base of Peak 8 or downtown for a night on the town.

Upon entering the home you are greeted by high ceilings and windows allowing the warm sunlight to shine in and the views of the trees beyond surrounding the home. This home features a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for up to nine, ideal for family meals. The master bedroom is secluded on the top floor and is furnished with a king bed and computer hutch. The en suite bathroom includes a large jetted bath tub and walk in closet.

Downstairs is a mini suite with queen bed and fold out futon couch, ideal for a couple or for a small family. Adjacent to the mini suite is the third bedroom furnished with twin-over-full bunk bed. The 3/4 bathroom features a steam shower, ideal after a day on the slopes. Beyond this room is access to a private 6-person hot tub tucked away from the road for privacy not offered by many other townhouses.

All three bedrooms and living room include a television. There are also a number of board games and movies for the days when you prefer to just stay indoors and enjoy each other's company.

We are also happy to offer all guests staying in this three-bedroom vacation rental in Breckenridge, Colorado with Book Breck the option to purchase DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS for Breckenridge Ski Resort! Your discount lift tickets, if purchased prior to your balance being paid off, can be added to your remaining balance and re-sent to you. If your balance has already been paid in full and we are within two weeks of your arrival there will be a 5% convenience charge added to the price of your discounted lift tickets. Please keep in mind that all tickets must be purchased a minimum of three days prior to your first day of skiing.

Please keep in mind that you will be entering a high alpine environment in Breckenridge and as we do not require 4WD vehicles, they are strongly recommended.

Perfect condo; Excellent location

The condo was perfect for our family ski trip. The location was great -- jump on the shuttle bus very near the condo and within 5 minutes, you are at the resort. The condo itself has a great layout for a family with teens or college kids (may not be perfect with little ones as 2 of the bedrooms are on the bottom floor). The decorations/furniture create a relaxing setting for evening games and socializing. The condo is well outfitted with all necessary cooking supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent vacation for me and my family. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. Every day after our excursions, we really looked forward to getting back to our "cabin"( as we liked to call it) and sit around the fire.Truly,it was one of the highilights of our trip to come back home in the evenings and relax in this comfortable setting and get rejuvenated in the steam shower, whirlpool tub, or hot tub. Other than the difficulty breathing at times because of the elevation we had a great time! Would recommend this place to anyone vacationing in the area .Close to everything!!

Our family stayed at this condo last January and would definitely stay there again. The managers were very helpful and the condo was clean and well stocked. The location to Peak 8 is perfect. Short drive to downtown or take the bus. Enjoy!

Great Stay - Lovely Townhome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here Jan 4-7, 2011. The townhome is bright, clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well appointed with all that you'll need and more. There is easy access to Peak 8 via drop off or shuttle and town is just a few short minutes away. The managment company was easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. We would recommend this home to any group of 6-8.
