It is a lovely ranch with an attached garage and a backyard lanai and swimming pool. It is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shade trees. It has a tropical flower garden on the side which is easily accessible. There is a spacious master bedroom with accompanying full bath and a guest bedroom. A truly great getaway close to town and also close to many parks and attractions.

I LOVE THIS HOUSE! Once my husband and I found this amazing vacation home located in a quiet neighborhood; we could not resist coming back time and time again. This house boasts the best lawn/landscaping on the block with a private jungle like backyard and lanai area. The privacy will knock your top off with no worries; enjoy the sun, the pool and no tan lines. GREAT location! 3 miles to the Dunedin causeway is perfect for a morning run, grocery store/salon(s)/ fitness center right around the corner for last minute convenience, Pinellas bike trail within 2 miles, Busch Gardens 30 minute drive, airport 20 minutes and beaches all around. If you are looking for a private get away with all amenities and tons to do a run, bike or short drive away then we recommend you book Wexford Drive. The one thing we do recommend is book early to assure availability, as the dates will and do fill quickly! Pack your suit case and enjoy your own private paradise

quiet and well landscaped

What I liked about the location is it was in a quiet with a beautifully landscaped yard. The backyard offered a screened in pool with patio space around it to lounge and relax. The location of the house is only 3 miles from the beach which made for a perfect run, or walk. It’s close to Rt 19 but also far enough away so you can avoid if you like. Shopping Shopping Shopping so many plaza’s and mall close by! Tampa is only a 30min drive away which is perfect if you want a night out in the city, or need to get to the airport. I am looking forward to my next stay!!!

This quaint 2 bedroom vacation rental has all the amenities you need.Fully furnished with 2 full baths wifi,cable and outdoor grill. Featuring a private backyard with beautiful tropical landscape with an enclosed pool and patio perfect for entertaining or just quiet poolside. Close to several beaches including the number one beach in the country"honeymoon Island". Fishing in this area is the best snook, trout, tarpon and all the dolphins you can possibly watch right here. paradise back yard

This was the first time I lived in Florida. The house for me was like a paradise. Especially the pool area . Totally secluded beautiful tropical flowers and an inviting pool. I spent many hours there. It is also a quiet neighborhood. Nice people never had any problems noise and such. Great New Years Eve block party thrown by local policeman, good to have in area. The living area is spacious and great for get togethers and the screened porch good book reading area. I am really thankful I had the opportunity to live there. One more thing close to many County Parks and beaches. Go for it you will not regret it guaranteed.
