Step into our Forest Ridge Townhouse foyer onto beautiful tile flooring. You will be greeted by a piece of painted furniture, reminiscent of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, located a block away. Featured above the ocean blue piece is a custom made seashell mirror. The foyer leads you into a beautifully decorated 1550 square feet “home away from home.” The townhouse features one bedroom and one bath downstairs and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. (Sleeps maximum of six.) There are three flat screen TVs, comfortable mattresses, brand new furniture, custom window treatments, and custom made Wilkinson bedspreads and shower curtains. There is also a washer and dryer inside the downstairs bathroom for your convenience. In addition, there are two beach chairs and an umbrella for your trip to the beach. Sheets and towels are furnished but you need to bring your own beach towels. Lastly, our facility has an Olympic size pool, two tennis courts, walking trails, and a children’s playground area

Great Place to stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The complex that this condo is located in was very clean and the residents were friendly. The pool is great and the walk to the beach is not bad at all (even with a 2 year old). The owner was very helpful. We found that the shower in the upstairs bathroom was draining slowly. I called the owner and he sent his local contact person over the next morning to fix it. I would definately stay here the next time I visit Fernandina Beach.

We had a great week at your lovely condo. Thanks so much! As you may know, the weather cooled down for a few days and we had some heavy showers, but the evening of my sister's wedding was sunny and warm. All worked out quite nicely.

Great location, great space!!

Location is great-unit is in the first building so much closer to beach access. Space is fabulous-recently remodeled, new furniture, new bedding, nicely decorated. Forest Ridge Condominiums is family oriented- quite and peaceful. I already have another reservation for the summer!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
