You are a welcome guest at our family oriented private residence. Enjoy the nearby variety of attractions and entertainment, or just stay at home, take a swim in the private pool, BBQ with friends, and enjoy a free movie on us. Our desert retreat offers spring baseball, concerts, NFL, NHL, golf, Tanger Outlet/Westgate, shopping malls, Toby Keith's Bar & Grill early summer 2013, fine restaurants, theaters, and sports bars within a few minutes drive.

The inviting five year new, 2200 square foot ranch home, has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. This home has been completely updated, and all furnishings and finishes are new.

We offer a comfortable Den/Office, well-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, a spacious great room with upscale leather furnishings, and HDTV entertainment center. The King Master Suite includes luxury mattress, high thread count linens, crisp white duvets, with lounging robes and slippers provided for your personal use. It’s your own private spa to enjoy your time away. Two Queen Suites have the same luxury amenities and a full bath located between. Outdoors enjoy a private pool, lounge chairs, large table and chairs. There is also a quiet nook with comfy chairs to relax, read a book, enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while grilling on the Weber grill.

Start a tradition with family and friends to make some memories. Say yes to the desert getaway you deserve.

We are: 1 mile to Westgate, the University of Phoenix Stadium; home of the NFL Arizona Cardinals and 2015 Superbowl, site of the college Fiesta Bowl and BCS championship games. Jobing Arena offers the NHL Phoenix Coyotes and top name concerts. Tanger Outlet Mall now open, Cabelas, movie theaters, restaurants and bars of every variety are located in proximity. Easy access to the 101 Freeway makes it a quick trip to the stadium at Camelback Ranch where the Cactus league LA Dodgers and Chicago White Sox Spring Training Baseball takes place. The Peoria Sports Complex is 10 minutes North on the 101 Freeway offering a chance to see other MLB teams play. Consider the Phoenix International Raceway (PIR), and many restaurants for fine dining in Park West Center. Sky Harbor Airport is a 20 minute trip, Glendale Airport 4 miles. Old Towne Glendale has antiquing and small bistros to explore.

Welcome to Inis Mor LLC, managed by Richard and Pat. We tried to bring some touches from our favorite B&B's in Ireland to Arizona.

Our family has enjoyed visiting Arizona and Spring baseball for the past 15 years. It's a family tradition now enjoyed by grandchildren.

This is a fun area. So close to fine dining, activities, sports bars, shopping (Tanger Outlet Mall) and golf.

We took extra care in selecting the beds and bedding for this home. We feel it is important that you get a comfortable and restful night's sleep.

Our family stayed at this lovely place in April . We were very happy on our arrival as everything was as stated on the VRBO page was exactly as advertised . The pantry was well stocked , the fridge and cupboards were also well stocked . We had several meals in using the nice bbq . We had some meals out using the recommendations of Pat and were not disappointed . I sent a couple of email questions , which were replied to promptly . All in all this is a nice house in a nice location with great owners .

My husband and I are repeat visitors to this lovely home-we couldn't be happier with our choice! We spent 3 weeks in March at this vacation home which was immaculate and the owners couldn't be easier to work with. The photos are an exact reflection of this beautifully landscaped home and the pool was an excellent addition to an already perfect place! This location fits our needs for attending spring training games, shopping and just plain relaxing! Thanks Pat and Richard for another memorable, stress free stay in the sunny south!

Recently, we came to Glendale to participate in a run held at Camelback Ranch. The location of the house is perfect for events held at Camelback Ranch - it's only a five minute drive away. While in Glendale we shopped at the outlets, attended a football game and ate at a couple of the restaurants nearby. We liked the convenience of being able to walk to these places in a few minutes, especially the game as we didn't have to worry about parking.
Overall, the house is just as the pictures show. It is very clean and well-maintained. We appreciated how well-stocked everything is. Our group of 6 adults had everything we needed - extra towels, tissues, garbage bags, etc. We stayed for 12 days and cooked often. The pantry is full of spices and baking ingredients. There are more than enough pots, pans and baking supplies. The BBQ in the backyard is the amenity we most enjoyed.
My highest praise is reserved for the owner, Pat. She is thoughtful and prompt. The day before we arrived, she sent an extra box of coffee to the house which was much enjoyed by all 6 coffee lovers. She communicated with us often and made sure we were happy and enjoyed our time there.
Overall, a highly recommended home.

Above and Beyond Expectations

This VRBO was awesome. It was easy to get to and when we walked in it was so clean and smelled so good!!!! There was a bottle of red wine waiting for us as well as waters and snack items in the fridge and pantry, 3 TV's, computer with internet, amazingly comfortable beds. It was close to the Westgate Center which was a lot of fun. I can't say enough good things about his house.....if we are ever in the Phoenix area again I would stay here!
