The Finca Ses Palmeres is idyllically situated on a hill with a magnificent panorama view over the countryside, the mountains and the town of Arta. The location is very peaceful and most suited to holidaymakers who enjoy nature. The house stands in approx. 4,000 sq m of rambling, natural, unspoiled grounds. Shops, e.g. in Arta, are just a 5 minute car ride away and the beach can be reached in only 15 minutes. The house, which is approx. 65 sq m in size, is furnished in the typical rustic style of the area and offers ample room for 4 persons. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with studio couch) and a shower. The living room with fully equipped kitchenette and the dining area and a spacious furnished terrace can be found on the upper floor.

Largely free of tourist hustle and bustle, Arta offers a variety of interesting attractions. Excavated Bronze Age artefacts prove that Arta existed more than 3,000 years ago. The name 'Arta' is derived from the Arabic word 'jertan' meaning 'garden'. The view from the hill top fort, Sanuari de San Salvador, over the rooftops of the town is said to be one of the finest on Majorca. A visit to the village church is especially worthwhile. Several golf courses (e.g. Capdeperea, Son Sera de Pula) can be found in the north east. Many other sporting activities are possible in the near vicinity: horse riding, fishing, mountain climbing, cycling, mountain biking, sailing, diving, tennis, etc..

für urlauber, die es lieber ruhiger haben wollen, ist diese finca genau das richtige. eingebettet in eine herrlich grüne vegetation, umgeben von anderen fincas in gebührendem abstand, mit einem ausblick auf arta und umgebung, der seinesgleichen sucht, hatten wir beim buchen einen absoluten volltreffer gelandet.
alles in allem: klein aber fein.

Vielen Dank für diese wild-romantischen Spätsommertage!
Wie haben wir die lauschigen Abende auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das hübsche Städtchen Àrta und einem schönen Glas Rotwein in der Hand genossen. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus inmitten der Natur, das seinen Preis wert ist. So richtig zum Entspannen. Und wenn wir einmal Trubel brauchten, so waren wir in rd. 10 Minuten am Strand (Colonia de San Pedro).
