TASTEFULLY FURNISHED, QUIET, WELL-EQUIPPED PRIVATE POOL HOME 10 MINS FROM WDW

My girlfriend and I stayed here on a trip to Florida with my family a few months back. We had a great time (it's hard not to when you've got Disney just down the road!) and the villa was perfect for us.

We rented a car from Enterprise, which was nearby and everything was just a short drive away. Disney was literally just down the road, which let us spend more time enjoying the parks.

The house itself was spotless clean, modern, and very well furnished. I'm not much of a sun-seeker, so while my girlfriend sunned herself outside by the pool, I could relax and watch TV in the lovely air-conditioned family room. We even popped down to the tennis court for an afternoon!

Aside from the pool and theme parks, there was plenty of other activities for both the kids (Wii, games room) and the adults (shopping!).

Nothing but good things to say about the place and we will definitely be back as we didn't have enough time to see Kennedy Space Center, which is meant to be awesome! If you're looking for a family-friendly place to stay, you won't find much better than this!

We had a fantastic time in this wonderful villa, it had everything we needed plus more!! The house itself was in a fabulous spot, there was a small quiet playground just behind the house, and we could watch our kids enjoy themselves whilst sitting by the pool, it is really close to the Disney parks, so there was no problem just popping back for a swim in the afternoon before returning to the parks for the fireworks in the evening! There was a good selection of restaurants within a few mins drive of the house (The Outback, TGIs, Cracker Barrel, to name a few) as well as a Winn Dixie supermarket, Harley Davidson Store & Crazy Golf!
The house was exceptionally clean, the pool & lawn well maintained, the rooms were beautifully decorated, the master bathroom was huge with a lovely corner bath & massive shower. We enjoyed sitting in the lanai area eating brunch and having dinner & a glass of wine in the evening! The kids enjoyed the pool and the games room, they played with the WII Console & with the toys and games that were available for the younger visitors to use, which was a great help when it rained! Our kids did not want to leave, we all felt extremely relaxed here, a real home from home!
This was our first visit to a holiday home in the USA, so it was a bit worrying but when we contacted Julie with loads of questions she was very helpful and answered them all, so before we went we felt really at ease with everything.
We had a problem with a lock and got onto the management company, they were really helpful & came straight out to fix it, we had a great chat with Jim, and he suggested a lovely restaurant in Celebration called D'Antonio's, we went along and had a lovely meal, its a great spot for a meal and then a nice walk around the area, we ended going back a few times as we enjoyed it so much!!
All in all this was a really good place to stay I have recommended it to all my family & friends, already my sister has booked for October and we are hoping to return again next year & we cant wait.

The house itself is nice, clean and comfortable. At first I had decided to make this my #1 vacation rental in Florida, until I was treated like crap at the end of my stay. My daughter became ill at the end of my stay which caused a slight delay in my check-out (30 min). The cleaning lady arrived and started cleaning as we were getting our luggage out. She was extremely rude; she told us we can pick up our trash, when I asked her what she meant she threw one of our bags across the room extremely angry. As she was fixing the beds she threw the pillows across the room which hit my niece and she didn’t bother to apologize. She kept huffing and puffing the whole time, nodding and giving us dirty looks. We were so upset with her behavior that I called the property manager to complain, she didn’t care, her response was “you were late checking out so okay thanks bye”. I then complained to the property owner who ended up charging me $30 for my 30 minute late departure and didn’t even apologize for the unprofessional service provided by the people she hired. If you are renting this house, you better hope you don’t run into any problems, because you only know the true service of a company after you have an issue and you see how they handle it. It amazes me that no one bothered to apologize for the bad service provided. Definitely, not a good sign.
