The Unique Benefits at this Condo:: Year Purchased: 2010 - We know you will love the relaxing environment, convenient location, and incredible mountain views from both sides of this top floor condo! The main floor of our condo has a large family dinning area for 8 plus 3 at the bar, spacious living room, and the large picture windows look out over the town of Winter Park and Fraser valley. This floor is great for gathering the family for meals and relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. The only unfortunate thing about our condo is that we find it so relaxing we often don’t want to leave! The bedrooms (each with a private bathroom) are situated above and below this main living area to allow an escape for those who want some privacy or wish to take a nap. We also love the accessibility of our location with an ELEVATOR and garage, park the car because you can stroll to dine, shop, and celebrate . Ski buses pick up in front of the condo for a 5 minute ride to the resort and most routes drop off in front of the condo.
Owner Description/Comments:: My Husband and I love the Colorado lifestyle! We stay in Winter Park every chance we get, but when we can't it is all yours. We live in the Houston area and 2009 blessed us with our first grandchild. We are super excited to share our little slice of paradise with you for your family. So take us up on a stay.
