The home features a master bedroom with queen bed, guest room with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with twin beds. Large, modern eat-in kitchen, large living room with wood burning fireplace, and large, bright family room with gas fireplace. The property is 200 yards from the most desirable beach on Cape Cod. The beach is a private beach next to Mayflower beach on Dennis' Bayside. The property also sits between two of the Cape's most popular restaurants- 'Chapin's' which is a new and popular family restaurant with a large bar area with nightly entertainment in a neighborhood atmosphere and 'Gina's' which is famous for its intimate setting and chef-inspired Italian cuisine.

Dennis, named the All American Town in 1978, is located in the middle of the Cape and remains small and delightful to visit. All Cape attractions are easily accessible from this central location with tennis and golf courses only minutes away. The first Summer Theater in America, The Cape Playhouse, is just down the street, as well as scores of antique shops, fine clothing stores, art galleries, superb restaurants, a marine aquarium & park, harbors with boat launching, rental & charter facilities. There are two fine restaurants within walking distance. We have two PGA certified golf courses, plus public and private tennis within three miles. The Cape Cod bike trail (a lovely 21 mile trail along salt marshes, lakes, ponds, cranberry bog and sand dunes) starts in Dennis. Tobey Farm (oldest family farm on cape cod) is two miles away. The Johnny Kelly Recreation Area, named after the famous Boston Marathoner who makes his home in this 'All American Town Of Dennis' is only five miles away.

Best vacation home we ever rented!

My husband and two small children spent four glorious nights here with his parents and sister on a breezy September weekend. We could not have asked for a better home to share with them. The bedrooms are sparkling clean and cozy. The master bedroom is quite spacious and boasts ample space to tuck away luggage and assorted children's stuff. The linens provided are high quality and the decor is elegant, yet comfortable. We especially enjoyed the many different spots to gather and relax at the end of our busy days: the two, separate living rooms, the kitchen, the two outdoor decks and the outdoor fireplace. The kids loved the reading nook at the foot of the stairs and the two, seemingly giant sectional couches to snuggle and play on. Finally, the location was absolutely ideal. The beach was a very quick stroll away, and is our favorite beach on the Cape. We enjoyed a stroll to Chapin's for a boisterous and tasty dinner of buttery lobster rolls and the best fish and chips my husband claims to have ever had. There was a small grocery store, a playground, an ice-cream spot and a coffee shop all a short drive away. We have already booked for next September!

We stayed at the Gull house last August (2012) with our two young children and all had a fantastic time. The house was in immaculate condition and we very much appreciated the short walk to the beach. Also, the owner was nearby and personally responsive when we had questions.

We had rented from this property owner before so we were prepared for a five star experience but this property surpassed our five star expectations.

Every detail from bedding to artwork to amenities has been carefully planned and executed. There is absolutely no property on the cape and in this area in particular that provides for a better locale, luxury, and value.

The beaches are the most sought after on Cape Cod, the restaurants within 75 feet on each side are the highest rated in the area (with live entertainment on weekends at Chapins) and you literally can park your car and not leave for your entire stay.

We have rented and have (or had) relatives that owned 7 properties all within 1 mile of this home. Absolutely surpasses each and every property we have experienced.

Great house with a great location. 200 yards from one of the nicest beaches on the Cape. There are two great restaurants only 100 yards away, Gina's an Italian restaurant and Chapin's a good family place that also has a fun bar with live music at night. The house is very large with a nice deck off two of the upstairs bedrooms. A huge living room with a wrap around sectional couch and tv. The backyard is fenced and has another bigger deck on the ground great for eating lunch and dinner on. There is also a fire pit to sit around at night, and a gas grill for cooking. There is a nice kitchen with all the basic pots, pans, and utensils you could need. The owner checked in with us the first day to see if we needed anything or had any questions and is very accessible. One year we ran out of gas for the grill, I gave him a call and less than an hour later a full tank was delivered to us. I highly recommend renting this house, you will not be disappointed! I will definitely be back again next year
