This is one of the most peaceful and private town homes in Sail Harbour...located on the lake with a fountain and a large grassy area behind..
The decor is Country French with lots of fun things. The master bedroom overlooks the lake as does the large soaking tub in the master bath. Two large walk-in closets off the master also.
Having two stories provides lots of privacy. The master upstairs is at one end of the large hall: the other 2 bedrooms are at the other end..
The screened lanai overlooks the lake and is great for eating outside.
The kitchen is the very latest style with 42' cabinets and the pantry and cabinets are filled with all kinds of small appliances and dishes and glasses to make your stay a fun one.
There is also a large cupboard bar for you to enjoy.
And an electric massage chair.
There is a walk-in pantry filled with small appliances and useful items for your use.

. I worked for J.C.Penney and Burdines as a decorator and the town homes I own in Sail Harbour have been fun They are all different; They are like my children. I don't know which one I like best! I own five in Sail Harbour and four of them I rent for vacations in Fort Myers.
This is a great location near a fantastic library, hospital, and Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Beach.
I also like the gated community and the patrolled security.
And I like the Mediterranean design with the red tile roofs.
The townhomes are close together, yet once inside there is much privacy.
The walls are solid concrete here and the windows hurricane proof so it is hard to imagine how quiet it can be, especially on the lake. Even though I have neighbors close by, it seems as if I have so much privacy. I especially like the garage with the automatic opener.
I like to eat out on the lanai when the weather is nice and watch the birds and the fountain in the lake.
Very close to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach.
There is a trolley you can get to Fort Myers Beach if you do not want to drive.
