This home exceeded all of our expectations! On a recent Delaware golf outing, our group of eight guys were thoroughly impressed with all the upgrades, the detailed construction and modern decor of this newly built home. The owner really went all out from spacious bedrooms, to oversized bathrooms and great entertainment and gathering areas. When at the residence, our group spent our time in the kitchen (w/ high-end appliances), living room (surround sound TV and Music) and outside patio while never feeling crowded. Although downtown nightlife and restaurants are not far, I would recommend a quick cab ride which was very easy.
I would highly recommend this vacation home to any large group or multiple families. On any future visit to the Delaware beach, we certainly look forward to renting this wonderful home.
