Lovely Edgartown home. Private, idyllic family retreat. Brand new furnishings and hardwood floors. Tastefully decorated. Beautiful sunny, airy, open living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and wood beams. Large pine dining table comfortably seats 8. Spacious separate family room with 42in flat screen TV. Great for kids to hang out while adults enjoy a separate space in the Living Room. Ceiling fans in Living Room and Family Room. Floor fans in all bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Wireless Internet. Large private outdoor deck with beautiful wrought iron patio set , Weber gas grill and new outdoor mahogany shower. 5 minute drive to South Beach or Longpoint Beach. 10 minute drive to State Beach. Access to up-island beaches as well. Short bike ride to Morning Glory Farm. House is off both up-island bike path and downtown Edgartown bike path. Access to both is very close. House includes all bed linens and towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and 4 bikes!!

You will enjoy this sunny and breezy beach house for its seclusion and quiet comfort. The newly renovated and decorated space will provide a relaxing setting for a memorable vacation on the Vineyard. We hope your family enjoys it as much as our does!!!

House was lovely both inside and out. Great beach chairs...boogie boards..etc Kitchen very well equipped. Furnishings inside are beautiful...Our family had a wonderful time. House is in perfect location. Very private. Lovely deck. Will definitely be beack next year!!!
