The owners built this home six years ago and wanted to capture the feeling reminiscent of the 'Tommy Bahama' style.
They accomplished this by using hardwood flooring throughout the main and upper floors and kept the finishes simple and clean. This canvas allowed for them to furnish and accent their home to reflect the comfort of the 'island' lifestyle.
The plantation shutters on the main floor block out the morning sun only until you are ready to let the new day in. The kitchen has an open floor plan with granite counters and upgraded stainless appliances that welcome a house full of friends to hang out while the meal is prepared. Furthermore, the dining area carries on the tropical feeling with a pineapple accented chandelier.
The master bedroom has a luxurious pillow-top queen bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds with top of the line mattresses. Both of these 2nd floor bedrooms have their own bathrooms and walk-in closets. There is also a bedroom at the top of the stairs with two twin beds and a half bath. And in the family room (a fully finished basement), there is a full bath with a deep jacuzzi tub and additional space for an aero-bed to sleep two more people. This family room is primarily the entertainment center of the house, as it has a large flat screen HDTV, a Wii game console, Blue-Ray DVD and stereo.
Outside, the front patio is finished with slate tile and is fully fenced with a lockable gate which offers privacy and security for bikes and beach toys. Additionally, the finished front deck has a large gas grill and a table for outdoor dining. At the top of the house, make sure to take advantage of the roof deck where you can sun bath in privacy or catch the fireworks that explode nearly every night.
We are a family of four, two adults and two children, age 7 and 4. We are both professionals, love to travel, and enjoy taking our children with us to help them gain a well-rounded and grounded perspective on the world. We take pride in our home and in our community and hope that you will find our home is comfortable for both children and adults.

We enjoy the award winning beaches, the nearly perfect climate, the famous Hotel del Coronado, the ability to walk everywhere, the unique shopping and dining establishments in all price ranges, the parks and golf course, the rich history, and the fact that it is safe and family friendly.

First one third of rent payment is due 4 months from arrival.
