This Puamana unit is a bright, open, nicely furnished condo, located in the exclusive resort community of Princeville, Kauai. This two story condo features Berber carpet, beautiful tile, island style furniture, a kitchen and dining area, 1 spacious bedroom, 1 large master loft/bedroom with balcony, two full baths, a lanai and has approximately1400 square feet of living area. From the lanai you can enjoy the Makai golf course, mountains or ocean. Other amenities include a swimming pool and sunning area. This complex is within walking distance of the Princeville shopping complex, restaurants, Princeville Resort, walking/ jogging path, library, and path to Anini Beach! You are a short driving distance to the Prince golf course and Hanalei Bay!

Nice house, no wireless Internet connection

The house itself was very nice, but I was unable to connect my iPad to the wireless Internet. As it rained torrentially for two days straight and I needed to get some work done that was a major bummer. Otherwise it was fine.
Owner's Response: We pride ourself on the quality and comfort our guests experience during their stay in our home away from home. We have had 15 different guest stay in our unit this year and have never had an issue with the internet. I spoke with our internet provider and apparently there was an outage due to the rain storm that had moved through. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I would NOT recommend renting this condo! It is not maintained very well and the owner said he would reimburse me for propane for the BBQ and for some repairs we made, but he has not done so.

A relaxing stay

I stayed in this condo for a week in early January and I have only good things to say. It is perfectly located on a quiet golf course with beautiful views of the ocean. The condo if well furnished and very comfortable. I have no noise complaints about this home either. I was very satisfied with this condo and I highly recommend it to anyone.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
