BEAUTIFUL LUXURY WATERFRONT HOME

We just got back from our vacation in Pensacola. The house was absolutely beautiful. The kids LOVED the pool and my parents loved sitting on the beautiful porch overlooking the sound. It's a perfect location and the interior of the house was absolutely beautiful. Paradise Homes (management company) was great to deal with and the owner was happy to answer any questions that we had prior to our visit. I would highly recommend this house to anyone thinking of going to Pensacola with another family. My family went with my parents and it was great. Hopefully we'll be back to visit very soon!

This home was not only beautiful but comfortable and spacious for our large family. It was well supplied with everything we needed plus more! The accommodations were beyond our expectations. The wharf was enjoyed by young and old for fishing and as an access to the rented jet skiis. Whether relaxing on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound, swimming in the private pool or enjoying the game room, this home will definitely fulfill your desires. Going to the beach was a very short walk across the road. Restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. are all within walking distance. And by the way, the property management staff was extremely courteous and helpful. You won't be disappointed in your stay.

The listing description regarding location was accurate, except it would help to explain that you will need to make a u-turn to reach the driveway. The listing photos were excellent, but the home is much more beautiful than the pictures could actually depict. The property has been beautifully maintained.
The owner was kind and courteous in our few contacts, and he sounded like someone with whom we could be friends! I heartily recommend this property! The home provides all the activities and attractions we wanted, and the fabulous kitchen(s) and decks made dining in a party.

We have a blended family that is divided by miles, a son recently home from the Navy, grandchildren we love to spoil, and an 87 year-old mother who is definitely a beach babe! We wanted a place where we could all be together without too much togetherness! We wanted to be on the water and we wanted a swimming pool. While browsing the net I came upon this property. The pictures on the site were spectacular and the description of the property met all my expectations...I stopped looking. This was the perfect house. We spent one week together in bliss (wish it could have been two!). We enjoyed every aspect of the house..the spectacular open kitchen and great room with the window wall overlooking the sound, the covered boat dock that provided hours of entertainment for all the fishermen/children, as did the swimming pool. The outdoor shower, beautifully landscaped grounds, playroom, deck space (particularly great on a rainy day), the luxurious bedrooms, close proximity to the gulf side...I could go on and on, but I'm about to run out of space. We own and operate a luxury bed and breakfast, so we know about the efforts at keeping a home "guest" ready at all times. This property is just perfect. Lastly, I want to comment on the great property management staff. From our arrival through our departure, they were friendly, helpful and professional. We send our sincere thanks to the owner for sharing this incredible home with others.
