Welcome to 733 WOODSIDE AVENUE “TOWN LIFT HOUSE”, a historic 1903 Victorian mansion affectionately called the “Town Lift House” because it is located steps to the Town Chair Lift, the Town Lift Plaza, and the Town Ski Bridge. The House is in the heart of Old Town. Walk to Old Town's Main Street, with it charming restaurants, ski shops, and galleries.

SKI MAGAZINE'S 'LODGING PICK OF PARK CITY': Ski Magazine singled out the House as one of only two homes as a 'Lodging Pick of Park City” for its amenities, charm, and unique location.

Sleeps 23: 6 Bedrooms-- all with FIREPLACES and MARBLE BATHROOMS. 6 1/2 bathrooms.

Many of the bedrooms are suites: two of the bedrooms have full kitchenettes with granite countertops. 2 bathrooms have Jacuzzi bathtubs. 1 bathroom has a fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub. One master suite has a marble walk in steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is a Bunk Room that is excellent for kids and is equipped with a kitchenette with granite countertop, fireplace, bathroom, and Nintendo Wii system. All bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVS, DVD players, and Cable TV.

FREE DAILY MAID SERVICE PROVIDED AND 24 HR HOUSE MANAGER: cleaning of the house, making beds, fresh towels, and trash pickup. A House Manager is on duty 24 hrs to handle any problems or assist you with any special needs, and he can even arrange catering.

Closest SKI-IN/SKI-OUT House to the Town Lift: CLOSEST SKI IN/SKI OUT HOUSE TO THE TOWN LIFT...steps to the Town Chair Lift (or a short one minute ski to it). Newly Remodeled: The entire house has been remodeled with fireplaces in all bedrooms, marble bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and kitchenettes. The House has a total of 7 fireplaces, 1 in the living room and 1 in each suite.(plus there is one in one of the bathrooms). There is a Media Room with projector, surround system and wet bar. All bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVS, DVD players, Cable TV. Radiant heat system in the house. FREE “WI–FI” (Wi-Fi range extends to porch and patio areas).

LARGE PATIO AND SPA: There is a large patio for entertaining, with 2 fire pits and a large Jacuzzi in a romantic covered, curtained gazebo that provides privacy and allows use even when snowing; and from the patio and jacuzzi you have breathtaking views to the mountains, the chair lift going along the side of the house, the Town Bridge, Main Street and ski slopes. There is an attached garage plus ample off street parking areas.

2011 was the second time we were lucky enough to stay at the Town Lift House; we liked it so much, we hope to stay for a third time this coming season. If you’re lucky enough to get the opportunity to stay there, jump on it; unless you hope to take it during the time we plan on staying, in which case don’t even think about it.



The house has a great floor plan with ample space to entertain and plenty of comfortable beds. The electronics and WiFi are top notch and the Kitchen has everything a cook could ask for. Outside the hot tub got plenty of use and the fire stayed lit thanks to out buddy that stocked firewood whenever we needed that or anything else.



Nevertheless, the real deal with the Town Lift House is its location. Ski-in/Ski-out and a super easy walk to down town. Other rentals have the skiing access, but none are as close to the action in town. The location is the best, hands down.

CHRISTMAS WEEK FAMILY

This house is absolutely the best location for people who want to ski in and out from the town lift and walk to town! Unfortunately, it was not clean and fresh, carpets stained and
kitchen a disaster - dishwasher leaked all over, microwave did not work and a new Viking
range had not even been installed. By the time we left most things were being repaired. Hopefully the next renters found it much better.

We had the benefit of the Town Lift in or out of the house, or we could ski in, as we did everyday for lunch. . . And the amenities that the town had to offer a short walk away. Definitely no need for a vehicle. The daily maid service was an added and welcomed bonus (included in the price).
This is our sixth ski trip together. By far, the most accommodating property in which we have stayed.

WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE !!!!

I saw this house for rental at VRBO and it looked real nice so I took the chance and took it just to find out at my arrival that the pictures in VRBO are not what the house is, this house is 1000% better than it looks in the pictures, location is unbeatable, daily cleaning service is flawless and it has everything you might need.

I really recommend this house and will definitely go back.

NO BETTER PLACE TO STAY FOR SUNDANCE

The photos don't do this house justice. It just keeps going and going. There are three stories, and more than enough room for extra large groups like ours. When it comes to Park City, this house is literally where all the action is at.

The ownership is top notch, attentive, and professional. The daily maid service and house manager made our stay even more perfect. The steam portion of the shower in the master bath was broken when we arrived (not really a big deal). Our house manager had it fixed in 24 hours. That's service.

I recommend this house to anyone traveling to Park City.
