Come and enjoy your own private resort. Located in the exclusive Northeast area of Scottsdale, this estate is secluded, private and luxurious. Only minutes away from the FBR Open, Barrett-Jackson auction, the Arabian Horse Show, hiking trails and so much more. The property is in close proximity to fabulous restaurants, amazing shops and world-renowned golf courses. It is situated only 10 miles away from charming downtown Scottsdale known for its restaurants, shops, bar scene and art galleries.

The main house offers 4 bedroom and 3 and a half baths. One casita, a small walk from the main house, is a small abode complete with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area. The second casita nestled by the pool offers a large bedroom with a bathroom and a small kitchen.

Beautifully decorated and ready for your family and friends to enjoy.

Recently visited this home again. It was not our first time and it won't be out last. The property is set back from the road giving it a peaceful, serene setting. Decor is perfect. The property is situated perfectly to make day trips to Sedona, Tucson, etc., or just sit on the back patio and watch the breath-taking sunsets. This trip we brought other family members with us and they also were very taken with this home. I would recommend it to anyone.

Incredible and Inviting

When you walk into this house it invites you to be home. There is so much character, charm and warmth that you can't help but be relaxed and encouraged to enjoy. The personal touches invite your respect of the family who owns this incredible place. We were a group of 6 couples from a large Oregon Duck tailgate group who couldn't have felt more welcome by the couple overseeing this property for the owners. Each couple had ample space for privacy and/or togetherness, and it is a PERFECT place for such a gathering! Close to shops while feeling you have your own resort with no need to go anywhere. The house is alarmed so you know when folks/kids are going in and out with the pool in close proximity to the house. Just a very few glitches since this is a new rental, but our group was VERY reluctant to leave and so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed. Wanting to stay longer; we will be back. GO DUCKS!
