Massage, cosmetics and beauty cures, fitness as aqua-jogging and water gymnastic, anti-stress-cure and the “Original Swedish La Stone-therapy” (a massage with cold and hot stones). A special highlight is the famous soft-pack-cure. You relax on a water-bed-massage-lay and enjoy comfortable temperate surface, a feeling without weight. Before starting the cure they use some crème like “Rügener--chalk”, mud-bath, alga-pack, goats-butter-crème-bath etc. and put it directly on your skin. Body and brain feel relaxed and get new energy.

Beach - Activities and Recreation : In Kühlungsborn waits a beach as far as you can look. Your holiday-flat in the “Dünenschloss” is situated next to the beach-promenade and is more than 6 km long. Fine sandy-beach – the clearest one of the Baltic-sea. Most time the DLRG is watching you when you're swimming and staying on the very clean beach. The water-quality is extremely good.
