I was in town for business and this apartment was perfect for my needs. Had everything one could need- full kitchen and beautiful little garden outside the living room. Close to amazing restaurants and public transportation. Would def. stay here again.
My partner and I recently stayed in this quiet and centrally located Noe Valley garden apartment over a three-day weekend. Eric, one of the owners, was very helpful regarding the logistics of our arrival and departure, which we deeply appreciated. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and very pleasant. It looks out onto the main house's garden and, while the other windows look out only onto a breezeway, the small apartment feels welcoming. We found the unit nicely decorated, and it included all the basic kitchen and bathroom supplies needed for a visit. We were especially happy at how quiet it was-- minimal neighborhood noise during the day, and virtually silent at night. A fortunate find and great value-- we hope to stay there again during future visits.
This property is just wonderful, neat, conveniently located for public transit, walking (in a not too hilly area), groceries, coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, safe and beautiful. The apt. is nicely decorated, well equipped, with a beautiful back garden. I'd highly recommend Eric's place.
My husband and I just spent 9 days visiting family in Noe Valley. We were delighted with this apartment. The photos and listing description were accurate. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. He answered all my questions quickly and provided ideas for area attractions. The fresh flowers were a nice touch. The apartment was clean and was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the bathroom had extra products if needed. We enjoy the 24th Street shopping and can get around the city using public transportation. We will definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. We will use this apartment again when visiting our family in the area.
We recently spent three nights in the unit. The apartment was close to transportation, restaurants and grocery stores. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment is clean, fresh and unique in decor. Everything you need is there. The owner was welcoming and helpful. The unit is easily accessible, walking straight in off the street. We would recommend this property to friends/relatives.
The owner gave us some good recommendations regarding local restaurants and amenities. We tried Esperenza at 22nd and Valencia, and Haystack Pizza on 24th.
We spent a week in this lovely apartment. Very clean and fresh looking. The rooms are nicely decorated. All the amenities you need are there -- kitchen items, such as dishes, pots and pans, flatware, etc. Fresh flowers on the table. Bathroom also well furnished with towels, etc. Very convenient location -- a short walk to 24th Street and lots of lovely shops and eating places. Convenient also to public transportation. Owners are available if you need questions answered. Would definitely stay here again!
