Excellent apartment, recently renovated, all new furniture.

Hall, 2 rooms, one suite, kitchen, service area with bathroom and garage.

Suite with queen size bed (box), spring mattress, 4 new pillows, excellent quality 200 thread count linens, giant Egyptian combed yarn towels, whirlpool bath, complete wall cabinets.

Second bedroom also with 1 queen size bed (box), spring matress, 4 new pillows + 1 single bed (36'x75'), spring mattress, new pillow + 1 bed on wheels under the single bed, 200 thread count linens, giant Egyptian combed yarn towels, complete wall cabinets.

All bedrooms with air conditioning. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms and living room.

Bathrooms with showers and taps served with hot water (to gas).

Room with 32' LCD TV, cable TV and DVD player. Internet Broadband (private) with wi-fi.

Kitchen fully equipped.

Excellent Apartment in Rio

I rented the aparment for 12 days to take holidays with my friends. Everyone of us were very happy with the aparment, It look like exactly like show it the pictures, It have a great location near to the beach and the City center of Leblon.
The neigborhood is very safe and have many option to eat, go out and shopping.
I took contact with Silvia by email and phone, in every time she was very nice and gentil, was really a pleasure to contact with her and rent the apartment.
In conclusion I recomend this aparment and of course if i decide to come back to Rio I will contact with Silvia to rent it again.

Great location! Excellent Apartment

I rented the appartment on Nov2010 for 5 days. My contacts with the owner were through email and phone. Everything was exactly as described. The owner, Sylvia was extremely nice and went out of her way to answer all my questions.

The apartment was very clean, looks very nice and had everything I needed and wanted. The owner was able to provide me with a lot of info - from where to get a bite to eat to the location of the nearest grocey store and pharmacy.

The location is excellent, close to the beach. I felt very safe the whole time. We had small children in our party of 4, they loved the place. At night we had plenty of options nearby - very nice area.

I have rented before in Rio, we visit every 2 years, and I will be renting this apartment again in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
