Enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from your own private balcony in Rehoboth's premier Condominium located directly on the boardwalk. Wake up each morning to your own private sunrise and watch the dolphins as they swim by from the most fabulous view in the building.

Enjoy the buildings amenities that include, Onsite Manager, Security, underground parking and private pool. Park you car in the underground parking for the duration of your stay and walk to all the local restaurants and shops located in our quaint town of Rehoboth Beach. Explore the local beaches, bay and museums to learn more of our local Delaware area.

This unit, located at the South end of the building is a comfortable non smoking Efficiency. It comprises a well equipped kitchen, dining area, Queen Murphy Bed and Sofa, full bath, VCR/DVD and free wifi. The owners of this unit also provide their guests with Beach chairs.

We look forward to our time in this cozy little hideaway at the beach where we go to relax, reflect, refresh, and appreciate our good fortune in life. We especially love the view of the ocean and the boardwalk from the balcony and the fact that it is within walking distance of our favorite restaurants and shops and, of course, the beach. Life is always good there and we'll be going back.

Pictures were true to life. Property has great amenities and is in a fantastic location right on the boardwalk (walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping) Very clean and exquisitly maintained---would definitely recommend to family and friends
