The holiday flat is conditional on its location (off the main road, right at the edge of the forest) ideal for families with children. The children can watch, stroke and feed our animals (cat, sheep, chicken and in summertime geese and turkeys). The 84 sq meter big holiday flat is suitable for 2 - 6 people. In the flat are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and a children’s bed, living room with SAT-TV and telephone, kitchen including a dining room (coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and dish washer), bathroom with 2 washbasins, shower and WC; storeroom and floor board; terrace with garden furniture. In the garden are 4 beach chairs, sunshade, barbecue and a playground. Parking space is in front of the flat. Pets are not allowed.

Ranzing is a small village nearby Tiefenbach. It belongs to the recreation area of the 'Three-river-town of Passau'. Ranzing is remote of the big trouble but also very conveniently placed (Passau 15 km, Austria 20 km, Czech Republic 45 km).

Herrlicher Urlaub in schöner, ruhiger Umgebung

Bei der Ferienwohnung handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne und großzügig ausgestattete Wohnung, die ideal für Familien mit Kindern geeignet ist. Die Lage ist sehr schön, abgelegen, ländlich und sehr ruhig. Bäcker und Einkaufsladen sind in ca. 3-4 Minuten mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Ebenso ein beheiztes Freibad. Alles in allem ideal zum Entspannen und zur Erholung. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für die freundliche und herzliche Aufnahme gilt besonders den Gastgebern.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, gut eingerichtet und gepflegt.
Dazu eine tolle Umgebung und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die einem das Gefühl geben, willkommen zu sein. Ideal für Kinder, die gerne mit Tiere füttern dürfen oder auf dem Trecker sitzen. Man kann wunderbar draussen sitzen und die Natur genießen. Mit dem Auto lässt sich vieles in näherer Umgebung erreichen. Passau samt Donau-Fahrt, der Bayernpark, Vogel und Wildpark, Freibad, Tschechien usw. In der Ferienwohnung findet man genügend Infomaterial, alles liebevoll vorbereitet.
Selten haben wir uns auf Anhieb irgendwo so wohl gefühlt.
