Our historic family home features all modern ammenities such as icy cold A/C, complete new wiring & plumbing High speed wireless internet and cable TV is included. 50 inch flat screen in living room and 3 others in bedrooms.
The classic wrap around porch sets the welcoming charm for the entire home. Stacked off street parking for 3 cars and possibly a 4th small car parked sideways.
The location is excellent as the beach, bay, fish alley, deli, bakery, post office, bank, playground, bay walk and promenade (our boardwalk) are within one to three blocks. There is a small grassy and shady back yard with a gas grill. Wagon and beach chairs included

2 king...1 queen...1 double... 4 twin and 1 cot. additional small cots also.
MAXIMUM people permitted is 14 but 2 or 4 people will enjoy our home. (Children under 4 months do not count)
May-June and September-October are lovely months for 2 to 4 adults to enjoy this traditional beach house at the shore.

BASIC RENTAL INCLUDES
beach tags, kitchen dish cloths, kitchen towels, mattress pads, bedspreads, quilts, beach towels, bath towels and mats and basic household supplies.
This home is only rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. The weekly rate starts at $2000. (May and early June). Summer rate is $3850. per week (late June, all July and all August). September and October are $2000. per week.
For health and safety, rentals are smoke free! And while the owners are pet lovers, in deference to tenant allergies, and local sand fleas, the homes are pet free!
You and your family are responsible for leaving the home clean at your departure but we also sanitize between each tenant. If you would like linen service, maid service or cleaning help, this must be contracted in advance of your stay due to the shortage of qualified help during our busy summer season.
CHECK IN TIME is Saturday 3 PM to 5 PM (no early check-in)
CHECK OUT TIME is by 10 AM
We are a nice couple who have adult children, grandchildren and pets. We live year round 1 1/2 blocks away on the bay. This rental home is the most wonderful place that surrounds you with a joyful spirit. There are interesting antiques and surprises throughout. If you think sand belongs at the beach, and love linens and lace, we may have your perfect vacation home.

We just returned from a fantastic week in Sea Isle City staying at Olandt House. Our extended family has been coming to the shore for nine years now, and this is, by far, the best place we've stayed. Enough space for everyone, and so much homier than the brand-new constructions we've rented in the past. The house has perfect location: close to the beach, the bay, shops, bakeries and restaurants. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished, it has all the amenities of home you could ask for, and then some. The porch and small, perfectly landscaped backyard make this house special. Looking forward to returning for years to come!
