Villa, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 1-6)

Our villa has a panoramic view of the ocean and wide sandy beach. It is a true Ocean Front. It is located in Admirals Row, which is one of the closest villa's to the beach on Hilton Head Island. One can sit on our balcony and watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning, the

beach and dolphins during the day and hear the fantastic ocean sounds during the day and night.

It is a one bedroom villa with a queen size bed, and

two bunk beds for youths, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher. We have two brand new flat screen TV;s. One is in the bedroom and one is in the front room. There is also a DVD and CD player in the front room. We have free internet service. Our unit is handicap accessible with ramp and elevator. There is also 24 hour security with a security gate.

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort has many assets: two swimming pools, (the largest on the island), ten lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, on site bike rentals, picnic area with grills, a playground for kids with a basketball court, a sports bar with restaurant, a pool side bar and grill and a general store.

The Island offers so much:Over 170 restaurants, 26 golf courses, (36 courses near by), great shopping (more than 500 specialty shops). One can go deep sea fishing, kayaking, sailing, Windsurfing, Hiking, Biking, Museums, Wildlife Viewing, Dolphin Cruises.

About The Owner

Judy and I live in Southern Indiana. Hilton Head Island is a one day drive from our home. In one day we can be in beautiful Hilton Head South Carolina which is one of the most creative landscaped islands in the country. Our Ocean front villa is located in Admirals Row which is one of the closest units to the ocean in Hilton Head. We can be in our front room or balcony and see and hear the Atlantic ocean and be able to be on the beach in one minute.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2008
Why The Owner chose Folly Field

The first time we visited Hilton Head Island, we loved it. It is a laid back community that is very well designed with great trees and magnificent landscape through out the Island. There is so much to do with Fantastic Restaurants, shopping areas, and Awesome golf courses

What makes this villa unique

Our villa is one of the closest units to he ocean in Hilton Head The view is fantastic. To sit on our Balcony and watch the sunrise in the mourning, the beach and dolphins during the day and the fantastic ocean sounds all day and night.

Awesome Ocean View!

We had a great time at this nicely-decorated condo! The condo has an unusually great view of the ocean! We've stayed in a number of oceanfront condos in the past, but never in one where we had such an "intimate relationship" with the ocean right from the condo! It was truly glorious to open the blinds in the morning and have the expanse of the ocean staring beautifully back at us. We also really enjoyed the many things Hilton Head has to offer. Hope to be back soon!

A nice getaway!!

We were scurrying at the last minute to find a much needed vacation spot , we contact one owner and they could not accomodate us on the dates that we needed but had a friend that could , love networking , as it goes it has become one of the most memorable vations we have ever had , waking up every morning to the sunrise and the sound of the ocean , the accomodation we stayed in in was very clean, well supplied, and very beachy , the way we like it , very neat the way it was re-designed with the bunk beds , I would highly recommend this for a small family that like to prepare their own food and likes to just rest after they make their journey to the island , thanks again Joe, see you this fall

Great Vacation

We just returned from our 6th year at this resort and we still love it. I was a die hard Florida beach fan until I found Hilton Head. This condo was one of the best we've stayed in. It was very clean and updated. The view was fantastic. I do not stay on the beach unless I can see and hear the ocean and this one is close enough to see the dolphins every morning. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes. The owners are very pleasant and attentive. We have already asked them to reserve the unit for next year.

This condo was amazing. The view was spectacular and well shown in these photographs. I would recomend a stay at this condo to anyone. There are so many great attractions near by like Harbor Town with an amazing on the lighthouse, lots of places to ride bikes, and friendly people. The area is great for families or just a couple on a vacation.

Very Nice Ocean Front Condo!

Very nice condo on the beach. Love the view - direct ocean front. You can sit on the balcony and just relax and watch the waves role in. Condo was the perfect size for me and my husband. Joe and Judy have everything there that you could possibly need. Condo was very clean upon arrival and everything was perfect. 2 nice beach chairs are supplied so you do not have to pack any. Joe was always great to answer any questions that I had before I arrived at the condo. I would definitely recommend that you rent a bike right there on the property and go for a ride on the many trails and also ride on the beach....so much fun. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to be right on the beach and ready to just sit back and have a good relaxing vacation.
