A great unit and the owners are outstanding

We had the opportunity to stay for a week and it was just great. We stayed in the 14th floor unit and the view was phenomenal. Breakfast, lunch, and dinners on the balcony were majestic. The unit was very well appointed--truly a "plug and play" situation (the kitchenware was better appointed than my current apartment, there's towels, beach gear like umbrella/chairs). The area is very nice: just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Miami but easily drivable to the hotspots, easy access to markets, and close to the Aventura Mall.
On another pleasant note, this was my first time using Homeaway and I don't know if I'll ever go back to just staying at a hotel. Vince was great and kept in touch throughout the procedure and signing process. The deposit was returned as expected without difficulty. He was truly a pleasure to work with.
