SeaWatch is a perfect family oriented resort located on the WARM, SANDY BEACHES of Myrtle Beach, SC. Swimming, sailing, fishing, and golfing are just a few steps away from our OASIS on the beach with INCREDIBLE VIEWS from our 5th floor condo.

Just minutes away, Myrtle Beach offers endless shopping at Market Common, numerous outlets and malls, delectable dining, wet and wild waterparks, captivating shows, challenging golf, thrilling amusement parks and Barefoot Landing. Broadway on the Beach offers 'WONDER WORKS' and 'PIRATES VOYAGE' replaces the former Dixie Stampede.

Summer provides poolside activities with a poolside DJ, great games, and planned children's activities at the Club house. Enjoy a breakfast buffet at the ocean-front Captain's Cove Cafe and a special treat awaits you at the Captain's Nook Ice Cream and Coffee Shop. Free Wi-Fi, mini-mart and 24/7 security is also available.

The Master bedroom offers a large king-sized bed, Flatscreen TV, DVD player and private bathroom with hairdryer. The second bedroom offers TWO double beds, Flatscreen TV, DVD player and common bathroom with hairdryer. In addition, the living room sofa coverts to a queen-sized bed offering the condo to sleep 6-8 people. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, garbage disposal, coffee-maker, toaster and blender for those cool-refreshing FROZEN DRINKS !!! Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are available as well.

Enjoy hours of fun with the resorts 7 outdoor and indoor swimming pools, 12 hot tubs and 2 lazy rivers with a Tiki-Bar available to serve your favorite cool beverage or head to the beach.

Rental rate includes linens and departure cleaning.

About The Owner

My husband and I are now living our retirement life in Myrtle Beach. We enjoy relaxing on the beach and poolside as well as dining out and the shows. Also, the special times with family and friends' visits each year.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2003

We enjoyed the friendly, family resort for several years before making Myrtle Beach our full-time residence. Our family enjoys the beach and the location is the best, secluded but easy access to all Myrtle Beach has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

SeaWatch is a friendly, family resort. Only a minutes walk to the beach. Planned children's activities are offered. We're close to shopping at Walmart, malls, shows, dining, mini-golf, parks, baseball, etc.

This is our 3rd stay in this suite. Pat and Fred are wonderful to deal with and truly treat us as family returning, not just repeat guests. This unit is so bright and airy and feels much larger than it's true square space, as it is an end unit. The unit has everything that you would need while staying there. It is extremely clean and the resort itself is well maintained by friendly staff. SeaWatch is an excellent resort for couples, families, young and old. Sadly, this time Mr. Weather was NOT very cooperative but that didn't stop us from having a great vacation away from day to day life. Close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment...it's in an ideal spot. The resort itself has had some upgrades around the grounds and pool and are very impressive. The pools were warm and the hot tubs...well HOT! Thanks again for another great stay in your suite. Hopefully, we'll be returning soon.

If you are looking for a beautiful and well equipped Condo, this is the one for you! The interior is immaculate and reflects the pride of the owners. Everything is provided - handsoap, laundry detergent, coffee filters...you name it! The owners are wonderful to work with and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend this Condo and look forward to a return visit.

Communication from Pat was excellent. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. We really appreciated the extras in the unit such as the washer/dryer, beach chairs, boogie boards and supplies. Location is perfect with nearby shopping, restaurants and a great beach. Kids loved all of the pools and music/entertainment available poolside.

the condo was neat and very well-equipped. our kids appreciated the t.v. and cd player in their bedroom. There were beach chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. There was even a blender for smoothies. As an end unit it was quiet. The pool area was really nice - many pools and hot tubs and a tiki bar. Beach access was extremely convenient.

Beautiful setting overlooking the ocean and the pools. Nice, comfortable, and quiet even during a very busy vacation week. The Wareheims were wonderful people and took care to make sure our stay was excellent. The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection which did not work consistantly. Other than that, I would be happy to recommend this location in Myrtle Beach...close to everything...and we are looking forward to returning in the future.
