Note the Deep Sea Fishing and Yacht Charter Services are only available to our guest at these low rates. Located within .06 mile from beach, Jetski rental, Parasailing, Public Golf course & Pompano Beach Airport. Nearby Mall, Cinema, LasVegas-style Bowling, Casual & Fine Dinning just minutes away. 15 min by water to Hillsboro Inlet no fixed bridges provides easy ocean access. Undercover Outdoor/Kitchen/Bar plus many extra's : Very user friendly outdoor kitchen w/ pass thru to indoor kitchen. It comes with a Natural Gas Grill, 2 under counter refrigerators, clear Ice machine. Reverse Osmosis water is connected to the indoor refrigerator ice/ water dispenser. The Kitchen sink also has a water R.O.dispenser located to the left of the normal water faucet. This water test at .007 pure. So there is no need to buy a lot of extra water bottles. Just refill as needed. Entry Bar located at the front door includes Refrigerator/Icemaker/Sink.

Pool & Hot Tub (Player) Baby Grand Piano There is an additional charge for heating the pool & hot tub. The weekly rate (7 days) is 200.00 This is due to the higher cost of energy. This is optional of course. Please indicate on the contract if you would like the pool heated so that it will be nice and warm upon your arrival.

We have a New 'Player Baby Grand Player Piano' for anyone that likes to hear it or even play. This is one of the most delightful and pleasant sounds that offer that very special background music while having adult beverages and deciding on what to do or where to go for dinner. Be careful you might be staying in your vacation home more than you have planned. This home is truly comfortable and entertaining at it’s best. You will want to come back and enjoy true relaxation over and over.

Fishing, Yacht Charter, Rental Boat, Dock or Pier.: Fishing is so close!! If you are or are not familiar with this area you are next to the Hillsboro Inlet. 7 minutes from your Vacation Home, The Pompano Beach Charter Fishing Fleet is one of the Best Kept Secrets. You are less than 10 minutes to Deep Sea Fishing from cast off. Fort Lauderdale Fishing Charters take 30 minutes or more to just get out the Port Everglades Inlet. You pay to Ride more and Fish Less. Great house

This great house deserves a five star review.
We were very comfortable (5 people) and had arranged to meet our US family in Florida , we had a couple of barbecues during our stay with the family who were all very impressed with the facilities.
The outdoor kitchen was great along with a private dock.
The house is very clean and comfortable with many extras we fished from the dock went kayaking on the waterways, cycled around the area and sat in the hot jacuzzi.
John met us and showed us around and was very helpful with local knowledge.
Thank you John it was a pleasure staying at your lovely house.

We had high expectations given the prior reviews of John and his property, and he delivered. The house was immaculate and extremely relaxing. We grilled out one night and spent quite a bit of time on the deck, in the pool, or kayaking.

John even accomodated some special travel requests some of my family members had. We came away from our almost week long stay here feeling lucky we found such a great place.

We would rent this property again, and that's the highest recommendation I can give any rental property or any landlord.

Superb!

This house is a gem. It is excactly as the pictures show . We booked it through the website, although everything was set up directly with John, the owner. Spoke to him on the phone, which I guess is important . Got a good impression straight away. John put is in contact with Garry, who organised transport for us. He met us at Miami airport and toook all six of us to the house in Pompano. Garry turned out to be a real gentleman and helped us a lot during our stay. He picked us up and drove us whenever needed. He even organised a doctor to the house, when one of us got sick. Another real highlight was when John took us on a days boattrip in his 50ft. boat. Fantastic. As John pointed out:You have not seen Ft Lauderdale until you have been out on the waterways. Very true indeed. We took food and beverage, stopped for a swim, and had a wonderful day !
A few words about the house: Clean, beautifully decorated, everything worked perfect all the time, quiet, wonderful surrounding, we tried the kayaks and the bikes - for a change. We did not have a car, which I guess is a bit unusual (!) - but we managed fine, but if you want to get more around a car is obviously essential. No problem in recommending this place. Perfect Vacation Spot!

You will not find a more quiet, relaxing, enjoyable house to spend your vacation. This house is better than the description! The moment we arrived we noticed the house was clean and spotless. It is at the end of a very quiet canal and the house and pool were designed for relaxation! There is a great view of the water from every room in the house. The owner stopped by to make sure that we had everything we needed. Within a 5 or 10 minute drive there are many wonderful restaurants. We are planning to come back next year. I have rented through HomeAway for 4 years and this is by far the best house we have rented. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone!

Perfect House

This is the perfect house. The description is accurate, and the pictures don't lie. I loved that the house was SO clean. Other things I loved was that the sheets, bed linens and towels were all high quality, soft, clean and fresh. Like what I would expect at a nice hotel and what I'm used to at home. The kitchen was great, with granite counter tops and nice appliances. The house had lots of extra basic things you need at a vacation rental home; trash bags, paper towels, coffee, sugar, spices, laundry soap, spray n wash, and plenty of beach towels. The pool was awesome, we loved that there were plenty of pool toys for the kids (one less thing to pack or buy). The house had fishing poles and we were able to catch little fish right off the dock which my 5 year old got a huge kick out of. The kayaks were fun, and we took them out several times. The Bikes were great too. This house just has a lot of extras that make it a really nice place to stay. Oh and the owner was great, checked in on us by phone frequently to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. The neighbors were friendly and told us the owners were great people! This house will not disappoint, and this is definitely a house we plan to come back to.
