Condo, 6 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 5 Baths (Sleeps 16)

This is the best set up condo in Myrtle Villas II, 704 S. Ocean Blvd in central Myrtle Beach. I will not be beat on prices by competitors. 65 inch plasma theater system with surround sound in great room, karaoke system, 52 inch HDTV LCD in game room, all bedrooms have 32 inch HDTV with blu-ray, cable TV, and music system American made Amish sliders, bench slider, table w/chairs on two large balconies. Dual stainless high end refrigerators with ice makers replaced the existing GE black colored problematic units provided in the building that cannot maintain temperature and spoil peoples food. Dishwasher, Popcorn maker and professional hot dog machine. Gameroom with NASCAR theme includes commercial pool table, Indy 500 pinball machine (free plays), antique gas pump gum ball machine, 50's repro juke box. Laundry room with washer and dryer is on the second floor of condo.

Games systems in the condo include Wii, X-Box 360, X-Box, PS3 with all the accessories to include the guitar hero rock band (guitars and drums). Washer and dryer. Beautiful bamboo flooring and complete renovation throughout. Across the street from the beach and next to family amusement park with 6th best rated wooden roller coaster in the USA.

Two master bedrooms with jacuzzi tubs. 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 4 single/twin beds, 2 sleeper sofas. New alarm system with local monitoring and 24 hour response. Lazy river with very cool children's water park.

I found the condo unit to be spacious, although the unit needed a better cleaning. The unit's manager was very good about responding in a timely matter when called. The unit was in walking distance to the beach and also to Family Kingdom, which is an amusement park, which were both attributes to the location.

BIKE WEEK!!!

My group was there for Bike Week and we absolutely love this condo. It was everything it was described to be. It is very well maintained. Mike's condo is full of things to do, it was never a dull moment. Once the traffic started picking up, if we needed something, we could walk to nearby restaurants and stores. This is a very convenient location with lots to do. We didn't get to meet William his caretaker that everyone has spoken so highly about, but we did get to meet his father Mr. Ed, he was standing in for William. He was GREAT!! very helpful and made us feel at home. (So, William must get his great people skills from his father.) My group did not want to leave. We had made up our minds to get Mike's condo for next year the very first night. You won't be disappointed!

Mike's condo is the best place in Myrtle Beach. It has all the pleasures of home plus many more. This is my second time renting his condo in the past 7 months. There is more than enough room for an entire family or a group of golfers. His rates are very fair and he will do any and everything to work with you on the payments. A guy named William takes care of his condo and he is a super wonder guy and makes sure everything is perfect when you arrive. If you are traveling to Myrtle Beach for any reason you should rent this condo. You will not be disappointed.

Great family beach vacation!

This was a great place to stay for a family with mixed age children; something for everyone to do and places to all be together or to get away for a bit if so desired. There was never a moment without something to do, either in the condo, at the complex, or within walking distance. I wasn't sure online if I was picking a good location to stay, but it turned out that it was perfect. Very comfortable accommodations with plenty of entertainment in a great spot. Nobody wanted to go home!
