This 1300 sq ft 2nd floor, 2 bedroom condo has a spacious kitchen with eating area along with a comfortable great room and an inviting lanai overlooking water.

The neighborhood pool, hot tub, and tennis is just a short walk out your front door.

Why The Owner chose Fort Myers

We were drawn to Colonial Country Club because of all the available amenities including golf, tennis, walking trails and the proximity to some of the areas best shopping. The immaculate groundskeeping and friendly staff also made our decision to purchase easier.
