In the heart of the Southwest, everything is easily accessible from this perfectly located condo. Just two miles from magnificent Camelback Mountain, 10-15 minutes northeast to Old Town Scottsdale, and ASU. Papago Park, Botanical Gardens and the Phoenix Zoo are all just a hop, skip and a jump from this beautiful condo. There are golf courses in every direction or you can go tubing at the Salt River for a change of pace. The Grand Canyon is just under a 4 hour drive so why not stop in Sedona along the way to see the Chapel in the Hills or take the kids to Slide Rock State Park. You may not want to leave this great condo and complex but should you decide to venture out, the possibilities are endless. Please also see Property No. 155621.

There were special touches throughout this rental! As we entered, there was a lovely bouquet welcoming us to our vacation home. The decorating had the touch of someone who had given special thought to, as well as, "eye appealing" amenities. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pans. We ate most of our meals at the rental. The laundry was convenient - next door. Even better, we never heard any noise from the machines, which were new. This ground floor rental was convenient to the parking of our auto which was under shelter and just behind our condo. There were games in the closet, and with our 2 granddaughters, we spent a couple of evenings playing "Life", "Apples to Apples" and "Concentration" until their parents returned to take them to bed. The owners had given excellent directions before we arrived, and we found them to be very open in addressing prior questions. Across the street from this complex was a Walgreen store and just down the street, a short distance, was the Fry's grocery store and a nice bowling alley. The keys had a Fry card which was used when we shopped. The location was only a short drive to Historic Scottsdale, Arizona State University (where we attended a Women's Basketball game), and Freeways which made it easy to get around the greater Phoenix area. A brisk morning walk to a park area near by, was a nice way to begin the day. There are many nice restaurants near by as well. We enjoyed US Egg. We found that after a busy day, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had a good night's rest. We highly recommend this property as a relaxing and enjoyable vacation rental.

Beautiful Condo!

The listing description was completely accurate. It was a beautiful, clean, well-maintained condo. It was beautifully decorated with "desert charm." I enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the private patio with outdoor seating. The laundry room was directly next door and very convenient. The pool was gorgeous! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Pheonix area. My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks Jim & Peggy!

I was very impressed with this rental. It is very clean and fully stocked with all necessities, before getting to the grocery store. The people at the pool area were super friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a pretty, quiet, welcoming environment. The owners of the condo are very nice as well.

Comfort and convenience in Phoenix!!

The location, layout and amenities were all that you could ask for and it is priced to return again and again! I would highly recommend this property which was very convenient to Old Scottsdale, the Desert Belle, Arizona Biltmore, as well as the Walking Stick Casino and the Botanical Gardens. Nice walking areas and a short block to Walgreen's and a restaurant. The pool area is very clean and the "regulars" will make you feel more than welcome. You will not be disappointed!

Dear Jim and Peggy,

We are ecstatic to remit a check to secure the rental of the above-referenced condominium for the same period of time next year

If you were to limit me to just one word to describe our vacation, it would have to be, WOW!!!. And even that would be understated in the nth degree. Who could ask for nicer weather or a better appointed or more comfortable apartment? While I managed to log almost 500 miles on my bike the ladies were able to sew and sew and sew to their hearts content. And how is the Botanic Garden ever going to top that exhibit next year? The Prada del Sol in nearby Scottsdale with all the horses and bands was an unexpected surprise while the closeness of Camelback Mountain with its hiking trails proved to be yet another of the many available highlights.

Looking forward to next year and hope to see you there again.

Clean, Claen

We were delayed because of flight mix up. We found the place very quickly (we were in AZ for over 23 years).
Pro: 1. Clean, Clean Clean
2. Quiet 3. Close to 101 (about 4 miles).
4. Close to Scottsdale shopping and heading west there is minor shopping.
5. Laundry right next door -- we did not use this facility.
6. Adequate supplies. We replaced a whole lot more than what was used for "paying it forward".
7. Jim called as we had not arrived to make sure everything was OK. -- Shows genuine concern from the home owners.

Con: 1. Older building in need of upgrade.
2. Minor concern -- no security gates or cameras. In these times, this is a must.
3. "Holy" bed spread in the master bed room.
4. One table lamp is burned out. Could not find a bulb to replace.

Suggestions: 1. Dark paint - apartment is really small -- lightening the paint color and keeping less furniture may help.
2. Get rid of the old incandescent bulbs and replace with high efficiency CFL bulbs to brighten up the rooms and reduce energy!

Overall Recommended.
