  • For each reservation, a Refundable Deposit of $175 is required. The deposit is due no later than 7 days after making a reservation. An Advanced Payment equal to 50% of the renal rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The Balance Of The Rent Is Due 45 Days Prior To Your Arrival Date. Payments can be made in the form of credit card, traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. If payment is made by credit card a small processing fee applies.
  • Monthly rate $754.08 which includes everything except a one time clean fee - Available October - April

    All Reservations are Subject to a Cleaning Fee of $70 plus Lodging Tax at 8.5%.

This was just the type of condo we wanted for our beach stay. Awesome view of the beach. The beach activity was the perfect mix of activity yet private with it's own community and a few other condominium resorts nearby.
The little deli coffee shop is a must since its about a 15 minute drive back to grocery store (not any different than some ski resorts). We loved our stay the condo was clean and everyone slept well. Beautiful grounds. Would definitely stay here again. I sifted through the VRBO website & so glad to have found this jewel!

A dollhouse with a beautiful ocean view

My husband and I stole a few days to slip down for our first visit to the Gulf Coast to celebrate our thirtieth anniversary and we had the great good fortune to stay at this lovely condo. We particularly loved the layout of the condo, the décor and the small balcony overlooking the beach. It had everything needed in the kitchen which allowed us to get fresh seafood and cook 'til our hearts content. We brought our Ipod speaker dock so we could listen to music while relaxing. The only bad part was it was a brief stay so I guess we'll just have to plan another trip to this great little condo by the sea.

Great place to stay !

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying in this unit. It was very clean when we checked in and checking in was a breeze. The only problem that we had was getting the keys to unlock on the door. Out of the 3, we only used 1 of them (very minor inconvenience). We really loved our short stay in unit 5801 and would probably stay there again. Just to help others out.... bring extra trash bags ...I read this off of someone else's review and came prepared ... the trash chute is at the end of the hall and you will be making several trips during your stay.

Room was nice and clean, the only drawback was the water pressure. It is a little small but was perfect for my wife and me. I would definately recommend this rental #5801

Perfect Room!!

My husband and I stayed in the 'Efficiency Unit' on our trip to Ft. Morgan and it was everything we needed! Perfect size for the two of us, clean, great beach front view! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend to anyone planning on going to Ft. Morgan!!! If I had one negative about the property in general it would be that there is not an actual 'restaurant' on site, just a little deli. But there are a couple of nice restaurants just little stroll down the beach at the next resort.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your review and for staying with us, Emily! On your next trip you might enjoy eating a Kiva Dunes. They are right next to the Plantation and a lot of folks never know they are there. Their food is very good!
