The furnishings in our Non-Smoking condominium are brand new in April 2003. The decor is bright, beachy, and reflects a casual Florida elegance. This is truly an exceptionally equipped condominium.
The master bedroom features the luxury of a King-size bed, two nightstands, triple dresser, chest of drawers, and a walk-in closet. French doors open from the bedroom to the balcony. The master bathroom is spacious and offers two separate sink areas, shower, and bathtub. Other amenities include cable television, VCR, alarm clock, and telephone.
The second guest suite also offers the luxury of a King-size bed, two nightstands, triple dresser, private bathroom with tub/shower, and a walk-in closet. Other amenities include cable television, alarm clock, and telephone.
The third guest suite accommodates two Full-Size beds, one nightstand, triple dresser, full bathroom with tub/shower, and a walk-in closet. Again cable television, VCR, alarm clock, and telephone are standard.
The living area is furnished with a Queen-Size sleeper sofa, two leather/swivel recliners with ottomans, a 46 inch Sony Widescreen HDTV, DVD, and Sony stereo system. French doors open from the living area to the very large balcony. The gulf view, along with the streaming sunlight, make for a fantastic morning cup of coffee or a romantic evening dinner.
The Kitchen has been fully-equipped with the needs of a chef in mind. Along with the standard items (coffee maker, can opener), a blender, crock pot, lobster pot, electric steamer, waffle maker, food processor plus more are provided for your culinary needs.
Dining can be arranged for six at our dining table. In addition there are four stools at the large adjacent bar area. The walk-in utility room features a full-size washer and dryer.
Also for your convenience is a secured, private two-car, tandem garage with an automatic garage door opener. This is perfect for keeping your small fishing boat or car cool and secure in the hot summer months.
