Location, location, location ... this home has it! Enjoy beautiful sunrises, soak up the sun, stroll the beach, be lulled to sleep listening to the waves...does a vacation get better than this?

Our beautiful recently renovated oceanfront home in South Bethany Beach has 5 bedrooms with sleeping for 12 (2 w/ kings, 1 w/queen,, 2 w/two twins, and a sleeper sofa), 2 areas perfect game/play areas for kids (a loft and separate game area with ping pong table and large screen TV & DVD player), high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, beachfront deck, direct beach access in relaxing South Bethany known for its family-friendly atmosphere. Our spacious kitchen is well stocked for the casual cook or gourmet chef. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room with an updated DVD collection for movie nights + TVs in each bedroom.

The town of Bethany Beach is within walking distance (along the beach or road) with many fine restaurants, shops, arcades, boardwalk, and concerts.

Next to McCabe's is a place that will outfit you with what you need for a day of fishing or crabbing. We love to go crabbing, come back to steam them, and then dig in! There's Old Bay seasoning, a large pot, and mallets that we have stocked in the kitchen so you can do the same!

A state park is just a short 5 minute stroll down the beach. Also, there's a canal and some wildlife refuges nearby perfect for fishing, crabbing and boating. Small boats, kayaks and canoes have easy assess to launching at the canal.

Bethany Beach is within walking distance (along the beach or road) with many fine restaurants, shops, arcades, and boardwalk. Stick around for some great evening outdoor concerts at the band shell on the boardwalk.

If it's more action and nightlife you're after, head just a few minutes north (to Dewey Beach or Rehoboth Beach) or south (Ocean City, MD) for tons of options from championship golf courses, mini-golf, shopping (great outlet shopping in Rehoboth Beach), restaurants, amusement parks, arcades, and nightlife galore.

Girlfriend weekend

My 8 girlfriends and I just rented this beautiful oceanfront house for the weekend. We loved it from the moment we arrived!
Firstly, did I mention it is oceanfront? With a huge deck that faces the water! Life is perfect when you sip wine or your morning coffee looking at the ocean.
The beds/ pillows are as nice as your own, the kitchen is well equipped, there's plenty of space to read or play games or watch a movie. We didn't feel on top of each other, which is good!
The location is awesome- you could walk to a store or restaurant if you wanted to. We walked the (very clean) beach and that was enough exercise for us!
We hated to leave our restful and fun house but we'll be back next year!!! Loved it!

This is a perfect vacation home for a large group or family. Classy meets not stuffy, provides the decor that promotes relaxation. In the house, there are several spacious places for multiple person gatherings and spaces for quiet time too. Large bedrooms, washer/dryer, game room and more make this house shine. Best of all, it's right on the beach! Open the door and step onto sand. Well located in beautiful South Bethany Beach, this is a house where you'll want to keep returning. I know I do!!!

We just love this beach front home! We've come back time and again and so will you.
The deck faces the ocean - no better way to start the day than gazing at a sunrise with tea or coffee in hand. The beach is wide and open - watch the dolphins swim by daily as you are lulled by the sound of the ocean waves. And the home is very comfortable and inviting. An open bright, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a loft where the children just love to hangout and play. Ping-pong in the downstair's rec room. Good layout. Delightful home. We look forward to our next stay.

A Great Family Vacation!!

Our entire family enjoyed this ocean front beach home! The ocean views are fantastic and it was great to sit on the deck with your morning coffee and watch the sun rise. We also really appreciated this was a pet friendly beach front home as there are very few in Bethany. The house was very clean and well stocked. The recent renovations are very nice and there was plenty of room for our entire family - grandparents, parents, teenagers. The teenagers loved the ping pong table in the basement. The owners definitely take pride in this home. We are already planning our return next year!
