Come visit our upscale condominium in beautiful North Scottsdale where there is always something to do. This beautiful complex is centrally located and close to all amenities and includes two onsite swimming pools and Jacuzzis, sauna, exercise facility including cardio and weights and wonderful common area for hosting. A gas barbeque is steps away from your door.

The modern kitchen with all recent appliances includes everything you will need including dishes, glasses, utensils, blender, pots and cooking ware and linens. A full laundry room includes iron & board and washer & dryer. The master bedroom includes pillow top king size bed, walk-in closet, 4 piece en-suite and glass door onto the outside patio where you look down on the quiet pool area. The second bedroom includes pillow top queen size bed with walk in closest and direct access to main 4 piece washroom. Both bedrooms include 42 inch LCD televisions for your relaxing comfort.

Within walking distance of Safeway, Flo’s Restaurant, CVS & Walgreens, Starbucks, AJ’s Fresh Food Market, and many other chain and local restaurants. If you want to do some golfing we are located near many area golf courses including TPC Scottsdale on the PGA tour. Also a great location for catching a Spring Training baseball game and watch the San Francisco Giants among others! You are only minutes from West World and the home of the Barrett-Jackson auto auction and the Arabian horse Show. Being only 2 miles from the Hwy101 loop you have perfect access to other parts of Arizona including Sedona, the Grand Canyon and Tucson. You are also a short drive to the Mayo Clinic or Old Scottsdale. For hikers or mountain bikers there are miles of trails or an adventure up Camelback Mountain. You are 15 minutes to ASU, and 20 minutes to the Sky Harbor International Airport.

The place was excellent, location was perfect. Restaurants, groceries, AJ's right beside complex. Nicely furnished with all utensils, spices that you would need. Definitely would recommend this condo. Golf courses very close by as well. Owner was easy to deal with.

Great Stay at a Great Place

This place was absolutely awesome. Ultra clean with everything we needed. We have stayed at other VRBO's and had to buy everything, even toilet paper. NOT HERE. There were spices and condiments and even a few cold beer in the fridge. The pool is just outside the door and no one was really using it so it felt like a private pool. It's close to pretty much everything. The 101 is a ring road that takes you around the north end. The food store next door is like a fresh food market so getting deluxe food for the BBQ was easy. Costco is close and lots of shopping also. We will be back again.

We stayed here for the month of March 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It was as stated in the advertising and was very clean. The photos reflect the actual appearance. Very close to one of the pools which was nice. The beds were top quality and very comfortable. Bruce was very nice and pleasant to deal with and there was a contact person close by in the complex in case you need help with something. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit and would be more than happy to stay here again in the future.

Everything You Could Ask For In A Condo Rental

The location, facilities, and this well appointed condo exceeded our expectations. Everything from hair dyers, bathroom and laundry supplies, and every possible kitchen need are provided. Working with the owner and the actual ease of the transaction were outstanding. My wife and I are looking forward to returning next fall. I was able to play 5 different golf courses, all within easy driving distance from the condo. It is a long but easy one day trip to view the Grand Canyon from here. We also loved seeing Sedona. We are pleased to be able to recommend this rental with our highest rating.
