Luxurious and spacious. Decorated with Thai style furniture and details, this modern and elegant house is among the best properties in the area. The house was finished in 2009. It is located at less than an hour and half from Guayaquil´s J.J: Olmedo international airport.

The house is right at the beach.... And the beach is almost private.

Enery room has air conditioning and there´s a big screen LCD with Direct TV in almost every room.

We can help you arrange fishing, scuba diving, surfing and whale watching tours.

Maid/cleaning staff, private cook included. Transportation and chauffeur available upon request.

Our coast is know for it´s delicious fresh seafood.... So be prepared to eat a lot of jumbo shrimps and plenty of ceviches...
