EXCLUSIVE & SPACIOUS BEACHFRONT APARTMENT (IN FRONT OF SEVEN SEAS BEACH) + WIFI

We loved our time in Fajardo! The condo was perfect. Very clean, and plenty of room. We were pleasantly surprised 2 times during our stay with fireworks from el conquistador resort. We could see them perfectly from the deck. A charcoal grill is also on the deck for cooking out. They have everything you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrella, chairs, towels, toys, and life jackets for the little one. If you are going to swim at Seven Seas beach it is rather rocky. Please enter by the lifeguard stand. I didn't do this the first time, and banged myself up. Follow the trail to the left, and you will find two more beautiful beaches. The complex also had a nice pool, and great playground. the facilities are very well kept. I highly recommend taking the ferry to Culebra island. Flamenco beach is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been! Stop by the kiosks on route 3 for excellent food. Vendor 49 and 52 are terrific! The rain forest is near by, and a great trip for the family. My only complaint is we had to come home!

My family of four spent four nights recently in this Palma Vista condo. We loved the place - very spacious, nicely decorated, great amenities and features, very comfortable. The property was very well maintained and cleaned, and looked better than the pictures. The owner made check-in and check-out very easy, in fact her agent was able to meet us at the airport car rental when we arrived in PR. We liked the small pool and the grounds were well maintained too.

The condo is in an excellent location for accessing everything is the Las Croabas/east of Fajardo area: Seven Seas beach and the Nature Reserve are walking distance. El Conquistador resort, the marina where Bio-Bay trips are launched, and several good restaurants are within five minutes drive. It is a bit out of the way, 10-15 minutes from the main highway, and Seven Seas beach was very disappointing to us. No other negatives.

A tip for other travelers: El Conquistador offers day-passes to their resort. The amount varies depending on how busy they are, but we got one for $119 for the four of us. The allowed us access to the resorts private beach island, pool complex and grounds. There is also a water park, horseback riding and golf for extra fees that a day pass gives access to.

Overall a great vacation and a great place to stay.

This apt. is absolutely gorgeous; has everything you need for the beach--tons of beach towels, chairs, kid's snorkels and life jackets (50-90 lbs)-adults be sure to bring your own equipment. Snorkelling is wonderful all along Seven Seas beach and is shallow. Griselle is super--answered all our "newbie" questions before the trip and getting the keys at the car rental was a cinch. Apt. is easy to find since its near Conquistador resort. Ralph, CVS and other shopping is within 15 minutes drive. Kitchen wll equipped. A/C in bedrooms was nice to cut the humidity for sleeping--there's no A/C in living room, but you don't really need it because of the ceiling fans. Really appreciated the travel info--guide books and notebook with information provided by owners--they truly have done everything to try to help you enjoy your stay!

We enjoyed the emaculate pool, the beach--7 Seas and Escondido--a walk along the beach to the east to the "hidden" beach--also great snorkelling but VERY shallow water (inches deep at places), Las Croabas fishing village (15 minute walk or 2 minute drive)--where bio bay kayak tours leave from and has a few kiosks for eating as well as a NICE restaurant El Bahio to the west of the marina. Las Cabezas nature preserve is 2 minute walk--tours day or night with reservations (night tour goes to bio bay to see bioluminescent water--thought this was better deal than kayaks and easier to manage, make sure you go on a moonless night--we went with crescent moon and it was harder to see glowing water.Day tours give you a bag of bioluminescent water in a dark room) Old San Juan is 1 hour away--definite MUST see--plan at least 1 day there and tour a fort! El Yunque rainforest and Luquillo beach with sugar sand is 20 minutes drive. Fajardo a short drive to ferries and scuba tours. All this makes it the perfect location as its a quiet neighborhood with many options.

This was our first HomeAway rental--would definitely recommend it--much better than a hotel!
