About Bob Demartin
We came for the snow and stayed for the views.
Bob Demartin purchased this house in 2005
Why Bob Demartin chose Salt Lake City
We built our vacation home on Old Ranch Rd. as it is close to all; I-80, Kimball Junction, Redstone Shopping Center, Tanger Outlet, ski resorts, world-class shopping, grocery markets, a variety of restaurants, movie theatres, hiking, biking, bowling alley, and enough open space trails to keep our dog happy. The neighborhood is peaceful with the beautiful Swaner Nature Preserve right out the front door and incomparable views of the Wasatch Mountains. And, the air is as fresh as you can possibly imagine.
What makes this house unique
Luxury private home, central location, near all resorts and Sundance Film Festival/Old Town activities, quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. 15 minutes to the Jordanelle State Park.
Guestbook comments from the owner
Six guys getting together for our annual ski trip. Gorgeous home with over 5000 sq. ft. to enjoy, with fantastic views of the ski resorts and mountains. Great location, great skiing. Friendly & courteous property manager greeted us with a large basket of fruit and gave us a tour of the home. Will definitely be back next year!
