Our beautiful Los Angeles home is available for your families visit to Los Angeles. Located in Brentwood, walking distance to the famed 'restaurant row' and shopping. Also walk to a public park and tennis courts just 2 blocks away, where there is a rec center and playground. Hop on our bikes or drive to Santa Monica; the beach is 4 miles away! Minutes from the Skirball and Getty Museums. Our street is a quiet residential street, and it a dead end so there is no through traffic. We live on a cul-de-sac, so it's very quiet. Yard is completely fenced, well behaved dogs are welcome! Lovely private backyard with a built in pool, patio with barbeque, lots of seating for outdoor dinners, and covered back porch. Close to 405 freeway for access to all LA attractions, minutes from Westwood and Beverly Hills. convenient to LAX airport.

House is east coast style shingle home from the 1940's. Furnished with comfortable antiques and all amenities. Lovely light, lots of windows-- charm galore!

We are a family with 4 sons, twins in middle school and one son in grad school, one out of the house. We are all artists: writer/actor (mom), producer/director (dad), painter (son). We have two dogs, Stanley and Itsy.

We fell in love with this house and you will, too! We were looking for a home to raise our family, and being from the East coast we knew this was the house for us when we first saw it. It has a very New England feel, lots of light and windows and charm galore. The house is quirky and inviting-- and very comfortable.

Master upstairs with wood burning fireplace and balcony with lounge chairs. Backyard table seats 8 -10, with a patio table for 6. Lots of lounge chairs by the pool and outdoor seating in front and back. Large capacity washer/dryer in the garage, as well as couch and ping pong table. 3 game systems. Wifi. Built in bookcases through out house.
