The Silver Lake Cottage was as represented in the photos. It is close to a major highway, but back from the road. You do not hear the traffice in the house. It is also walking distance to a well-known restaurant. The house is right on beautiful Silver Lake, it was very enjoyable to sit by the lake on the lower patio or enjoy the lake from the large screened porch. We ate most of our meals on the porch. The upstairs has three bedrooms and a full bath, very nicely decorated and with plenty of dressers for clothes storage. The basement has a washer and dryer as well. The kitchen is a little small and not alot of food prep space, but has all the necessities. It would have been nice to have some type of small boat available for use to enjoy the lake a little more. I would rent this cottage again.
