From Trastevere train station you have just to walk 50 meters (1 block) to reach the apartment. It 's also easy to reach by car and with good parking availability. For lovers of the markets just do a few steps on sunday to throw yourself in the famous market of Portaportese. The old Roman neighborhood of Trastevere and Testaccio can be reached with a pleasant walk. Close to the apartment find typical Roman restaurants and pizzerias as well as cinemas, markets, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops of every kind and elegant shops. We must not go far to get there and take a walk along the River Tiber, on foot or by bicycle, enjoying the banks of the River Tiber, the unbelievably beautiful sunset.
THE APARTMENT:The apartment is located in a building built in the late '50, where reside many families. Parquet flooring all around. In every room there is a window. On the balcony there is a table with chairs where to eat out or to enjoy the panoramic view nicely setting. The apartment is on the eighth floor with elevator. The apartment is composed by:-Entrance-a bedroom with a king size bed, a wardrobe and a convertible sofa bed well spaced-Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs to eat(with oven and dishwasher)-One bathroom with shower(there is an hair dryer). It can be used all year round. The apartment is provided with wireless and air conditioned. There is a computer avalaible.
KID FRIENDLY: we can provide crib for infant or bed for kids, toys, books, car seat, stroller and bottles sterilizer.

We bought this property falling in love for the view and we liked the neighboorhood where live many families and where you can find all what you need just around the corner. Very friendly people, market and shops everywhere and a pefect connection to the historical center to avoid use the car and to became crazy in the traffic jam. We lived there (the apartment was a part of our house) along 5 years and we missed it so much..but the family growth asked to look for an apartment suitable for a big family of 5!
