This apartment is comfortable and sunny. It's in the heart of a lively and picturesque neighborhood known as Abbesses, having the look and feel of a small village in the inner Montmartre hill.

The apartment has been renovated in 2011 in a contemporary design. It's a one-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building overlooking a sunny courtyard. The building entrance is on a quiet street near the rue des Abbesses and the rue des Trois Frères. It's a lively neighborhood with numerous small shops, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is composed of a living room with a kitchen area, a sleeping-room with a shower area, and a WC. The apartment is comfortably equipped with Internet access (DSL, Apple computer), television (140 channels), telephone and iPod music system.

The kitchen area includes a grill and microwave oven, a ceramic hob, a dish washer and also a Nespresso coffee machine with provided coffee capsules.

The apartment is in a very restful area after a day of shopping or visiting museums.

Less than 5 minutes on foot from the Sacré Coeur Basilica, the Moulin de la Galette, the place de Tertre and the Moulin Rouge, there are plenty of sites to visit in the area. The Abbesses subway station is 2 minute walk and most interesting Paris locations may be reached in 15 minutes. The number 12 metro line at Abbesses will take you directly to the Galleries Lafayettes, the place de la Concorde and the Champs Elysees. If you walk down the rue Lepic, the Blanche Metro station on the line number 2 will take you directly to the Gare du Nord which has direct access to the two major airports in Paris.

Great Place to Stay During Your Visit to Paris!!!!

My stay at Un Village a Montmarte was a fabulous time!!!! Philippe was great at answering our 1 million questions before our trip and was very gracious!!! We arrived Tuesday Morning and met Romain at the apartment and he was great at helping us get adjusted to the area!!!

We loved Montmarte area and believe that it was one of the best neighborhoods to stay in during your visit to Paris. I highly recommend you staying in this area and in this apartment. Having a little kitchen, Iron, Internet, and a phone to call home was a great advantage to the apartment!!! If we go to Paris again or have any friends that are going we will suggest this apartment to them.

The apartment is within walking distance from some great Cafe's Moulin Rouge and our favorite spot to go to when the sun was going down Sacre-Coeur.

This modern apartment was perfect for our visit to Paris. Located in Montmarte it is a very short walk to the Metro stop Abbesses and everything else in the are. It had everything you neded for a home-away-from-home. We recommend it highly and would definitely stay there again. S.M. Pensacola, FL

My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED this apartment! The listing perfectly described the layout of the apartment, its amenities and the location, which was so much fun! We loved how clean the apartment was when we showed up; Romain, who met us with the keys, was incredibly nice, and gave us great tips for enjoying Bastille Day. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends who want the feeling of home while being away. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

Lovely apartment in wonderful neighborhood!

We would highly recommend this apartment. It is in a wonderful location next to lots of (award-winning) bakeries and is conveniently located near a subway stop which makes it easy to get to any part of the city. Philippe was extremely helpful and accommodating in every way. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and it was great having the computer and even free international phone calls to land-lines. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We were very satisfied with our stay in your property.The directions were very clear,( though we became side tracked by the delectable food shops when we got to the street.) and we were impressed with the cleanliness and modernity of the room.I loved that it was in such an old building with large windows,quiet but plenty of nieghbours to watch. We had everything that we needed and Romain was very friendly and helpful. The location was great,scenic and busy, and the streets towards Tati at Magnenta were a complete surprise and some of my favorite.Improvements? A broom and a dust bin, and my husband missed a reading chair or sofa as he does not like to read in bed, but overall we we're very comfortable, the simplicity and quality of the space suited us very well and I would happily recomend it to my friends.
