Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

A refurbished three-story, three bedroom condo three blocks from the California Heavenly Ski Resort base, 1/2 mile to The Lake and Marina and approx 1 mile to Nevada's casinos. IN WINTER: Guests may walk, drive, or catch the shuttle to Heavenly Ski Resort which boasts some of the best skiing and snowboarding California has to offer. The California Lodge and base of the Gunbarrel Run is only 3 blocks away! Sierra At Tahoe is a short +-20 minute drive and several other World-Class ski resorts are within an hour's drive. IN SUMMER: Guests may walk, drive or catch the shuttle to The Lake and Marina just down the street. Our Guests also receive a complimentary pass to Lakeside Beach, a private, sandy beach at Stateline with sand, sun, food & FUN! It offers a restaurant, watercraft rentals, a children's playground and lifeguard! All you need right there for a Great family getaway! ALL SEASONS: The Stateline Casinos are approx 1 1/2 mls away...a short 5 minute drive. VHR#003273

Concerts and shows are always changing. There's even multiple arcades for children of all ages (similar to a Fun Factory or Chuck E Cheese). And don't forget the amenities at the complex clubhouse!

The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining and family rooms with 1/2 bath. King and Queen pillow-top mattresses complete with 300-600 thread count sheets, warm bedding and down pillows for your comfort are in the 2nd story Master and second bedrooms. Third story 3rd bedroom has one Full bed and two Twin beds, dvd/vcr for watching and includes additional floor mattresses; great place for the kids and adults alike. Unit is across driveway from clubhouse, with two year-round outdoor hot-tubs, indoor dry saunas, a summer heated swimming pool, billiard and ping-pong tables,exercise equipment as well as his and her locker rooms with additional showers. For our summer guests, we also provide complimentary access to the private 'Lakeside Beach' located approx. 2 miles from the home; complete with watercraft rentals, children's play park, Lakeside Beach Grill and Lake Tahoe's only lifeguard!

Great place, great price, great location

This is exactly as advertised and the pricing was amazingly reasonable.

Location: This is about 3 blocks from the California lodge at Heavenly Valley. Furthermore, it's about 1 mile to pretty much everything (including ski-rental places, Safeway, and the marina).

Place: This is 3 bedrooms but has three beds in the attic bedroom. There is an abundance of extra pillows/blankets to make sure that your stay is comfortable. The bathroom was adequate for us (we did not have an issue with the shower since we staggered it in advance). The kitchen was well stocked and easily could accommodate most meals.

A word about Sandy: she was a pleasure to work with. Email turnarounds were quick and even though we did not need to call her, she gave us multiple numbers just in case.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this condo. Not only did this condo come as advertized, it was impeccably clean and well maintained. It came with all the ammenities needed for a comfortable stay...WIFI, full size washer and dryer....and although we did not cook much at the condo, it seemed to have all the right kitchen equipment to whip up a dish or two if we so desired. So convenient to the slopes of Heavenly (as well as other ski venues), down the street to convenient ski rentals, grocery shopping, casinos and fine dining. Sandy was the consumate professional in arranging for our visit, answering questions and guiding us to local attractions. We especially enjoyed having a signature cocktail and appetizers while overlooking the sunset over Lake Tahoe at 19 Kitchen Bar as well as a fabulous surf and turf dinner at the Friday's Station Steak and Seafood Grill. Great skiing, fine dining....unwinding around the hot tub.....vacation does not get much better than that. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends and we look forward to returning there soon.

Great home away from home!

Had plenty of beds, kitchen supplies, and towels! It felt like a home far far away from home. The cabin was incredibly tidy and spacious. The payment and refund process was painless and quick. We didn't have a car, and were able to make our way around the city from the bus stops. The cabin is on a mighty hill though, so I wouldn't recommend the no car thing to anyone out of shape!

I just want to stress we had a great time without a car; HOWEVER, make sure you are willing to walk a ton (uphill/downhill) if you don't have one. You can easily make it to the slopes in 15 minutes; to a few eateries in 10-15 min; a day spa in 15 min; and a bus stop that will take you to casinos in 15 minutes. A taxi from the closest grocery store is about $12 without tip.

Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

family friendly ski rental

We were a group of 5 kids, 2 moms, and grandmother and we found the house to be just what we needed. It was convenient to skiing at Heavenly, had enough space for all the kids upstairs, and enough of a kitchen to easily cook meals for 8. Not fancy, we had to all share a shower, but did the job. The house was clean, the washer and dryer made our lives much easier. The onsite clubhouse was a little dated and minimally equipped. The owner was a pleasure to do business with. If we get the opportunity to return to Lake Tahoe we'd stay there again.
