Step out of sliding glass doors on your own private white, sandy beach into inviting aqua-marine water. Gorgeous view of Sunshine Bridge and breath-taking sunrises. Even the night views are beautiful because you can see the lights on the bridge. Exclusive, quiet neighborhood of multi-million dollar homes. Fully outfitted for the ultimate beach vacation. Just bring your bathing suit. Large living room overlooks patio and the beach.

Fully equipped newly renovated small kitchen with dishwasher and eating area. Separate master bedroom and private marble and granite bath. Anna Maria Island is paradise found. If you're looking to relax, you have found the place. If your email is not answered, please follow up by calling Tom.

The property is near a famous fish restaurant. Close by is another restaurant with a view of the bay, two fishing piers with good restaurants, shopping , community center with exercise classes and tennis courts. Beautiful white sandy beaches on gulf side of island are not far. The apartment has its own private beach . The depth of water depends upon the tide and is great for kayaking. The long driveway provides privacy and seclusion, parking is in front of apartment.

We've always been lucky with really nice tenants and we look forward to more nice tenants enjoying their island paradise.

Our quiet time

This was just exactly what we needed for the week. It was quiet, private, convenient, and very clean. It was close, but not too close, to restaurants and activity. The view out the large glass doors was beautiful even during a tropical storm. The sunrise was spectacular. The posted pictures were excellent, but didn't do the place justice.

This location is great! We could easily ride our bikes to everywhere we wanted to go! It is also located at the end of a dead-end street so it was wonderfully serene. The apartment is also spacious and bright. It was easy to barbecue our dinners on the bay side near the Anna Maria City Pier and then watch sunsets on the gulf side, a mere four blocks away!

Perfect honeymoon rental

This is an amazing spot for those who want total privacy (e.g. honeymooners). It was a very peaceful and beautiful location. We stayed in Sept. 2011 and the weather wasn't bad at all. Since it was towards the end of the month, we missed a lot of the nasty hurricane weather. If you're into fishing, this is the perfect spot!! We caught everything from catfish to sharks, it was absolutely amazing! The apartment itself was very clean and roomy. The only thing we weren't crazy about was having to sleep with two twin beds pushed together. Being on a hard floor, they would slide around, so we basically slept in seperate beds.. not so romantic when you're on your honeymoon! But all in all it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely go back.. hopefully for our anniversary! :)
