Beautiful 3 Bedroom house with a hot tub sits right on the beach with a private stairway that takes you to the sand. You get incredible views from every bedroom and the geothermal heating keeps you warm on the breezy nights!

The home features a large master bedroom with a large soaking tub in the master bathroom on the upper level. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room with breathtaking views and a well stocked kitchen on the upper level as well. The lower level of the home features two large bedrooms with ocean views. One has a king bed and the other one has a queen bed. There is also another queen bed and a full sized futon in the downstairs living area. There are decks off both levels that allow you to take in the ocean air and breathtaking views. The hot tub on the upper deck facing the ocean is the perfect place to take in the summer sunsets.

The house is ideally located between Agate Beach and Nye Beach with excellent views in either direction. The location provides a great amount of privacy while remaining close to all of the excitement and entertainment options that Newport has to offer.

There's isnt really anything bad about this place at all.
Maybe if you have kids that are going to stay up later
than everyone else they should stay downstairs because
The floors on the main floor creak pretty bad in some places.
Honestly that's the only "bad" thing I could say. The house was
very clean and actually a lot bigger than I thought it was going
to be. The beach access trail is like a miniature hike so that was
pretty cool as well. The house is located just a short walk or
super quick drive to Fred Meyer and places like that. I will come
back to this house again for sure!!
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Truly paradise at the beach!

My family and I have stayed at a lot of rentals all along the coast and i have to say that this rental property was my absolute favorite. You can see the ocean from almost every window in the house. The house is very spacious and furnished perfectly for a completely relaxing get away. The hot tub is amazing and you can watch the waves while soaking. I could't have been happier with our stay here. It was spectacular! If i could ever own a house at the coast, it would be just like this one. We will definitely be back! The only thing that was missing in my opinion was some board games. We did find a couple decks of cards and passed some time after dark that way, but a few board games for families would be a nice addition. Other than that PERFECT! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Oceanfront Paradise is Right

This was our second visit. This time, we stayed three nights. The views are amazing and they do a good job at keeping the house clean, comfortable and even the windows are clean so it is easy to see outside. We sat and watched whales from the comfort of the living room and hot tub for over an hour. I wish we had a telescope or binoculars to have seen them even closer. I love this place.

The only negative I can think of is the master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub but the water heater isn't sufficient to take a hot bath but other than that, no complaints. It's a good thing I prefer showers.

This home is beautiful and so comfortable. The location is perfect and the home is equipped with all the amenities you could ever want or need. The views are spectacular and the access to the beach was great! We will definately be back!

Perfect Vacation Home!

Perfect Place! Perfect Location!
We loved the house and how clean it was. The view was amazing. We actually watched a huge flock of brown pelicans fly past us on our first day in the house. The bedrooms are huge and kitchen very well stocked. The hot tub is very private and clean. We couldn't have been happier staying here and have already booked two longer stays in the very near future. The pictures don't do the house justice. I could happily live here full time.
