House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

This wonderful updated cottage equipped with every necessity is located 5th row Oceanside in beautiful Sea Pines Plantation, no streets to cross along the way to the beach. From the moment you walk in the door you will appreciate the beautiful décor, warm furnishings and the updates. The home offers a gorgeous Living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths that have been renovated recently, a wonderful sunroom, renovated kitchen plus a laundry room with 2 dryers for the beach towels.

The living areas (2) are bright, and comfortable with plenty of light shining in thru the many windows. From the Sunroom & living room you can look out onto the spacious patio and private pool area. There are plenty of chairs out by the sunny pool and also a grill and dining area which is just perfect for anytime of the day or evening. The pool can be heated for an additional charge if you would like, please ask a Palmetto Sands Staff member about the cost.

The bedrooms offer 2 Master Suites both with king bedding, the 3rd bedroom is furnished with 1 set of single bunk beds and a full size bed which is the kids retreat or great for a small family.

All the bedrooms are equipped with TVs, updated linens, furnishings which are very relaxing.

The home is only 5 houses from the beach; there are no streets or traffic to cross on the way to the beach! You can bike the 5,000 acre resort, it is an easy ride to South Beach Marina or any of the resort areas in Sea Pines Plantation.

THE POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

PLEASE NOTE ALL RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO SC TAX OF 10% AND A RESERVATION FEE of 5%.
