Amazing Condo Rental....vacation must have!!!

This was my partner and I third visit to Cozumel for our winter vacation, we arrived on the 10th Decmber 2012 and stayed until the 10th January 2013....and from the start to the end of our vacation, the condo, location , facilities and Laura was amazing.
The Residencias Reef was perfect, the guys on the security gate, ground staff , fellow renters and owners, everyone made us feel so welcome, and ready to give advice nd suggestions on day trips nd activities..
The grounds are immaculate , safe and clean , the two pools are perfect, and there was always free pool beds where we out relax and chill out..Then their is the private beach which is just a 3 minute walk from
condo, never busy, ample beach beds and fabulous sunsets every night...
The view from the condo was amazing!,....fantastic sun trap in the morning when the sun rises, full exposure to the sun all through the day, then laze on the verandah and watch the beautiful sunset every night, the condo overlooks a mini tropical garden, the larger pool,the beach and a fabulous relaxing sea view....perfectly situated!
Laura is the perfect landlord, very attentive , always on hand ( just a phone call / email away ) always ready to answer any questions, arrange boat trips , anything and everything to ensure our vacation was perfect.
The decor in the condo is very clean, modern, with all amenities , a full fitted kitchen , a home from home...and on our arrival a brand new washer/dryer had just been installed, so we where able to wash our beach towels and clothes daily...
Fans and air conditioning ensured that the condo always remained cool and pleasant, especially on the really hot balmy nights:-))
I definitely recommend this condo 100%, and will stay here again, we fell in love with this location and the Residencias Reef, and of course Laura's condo!
Only one more thing to say, you definitely NEED A CAR when staying at the Residencias Reef as your about 14K from downtown....and if you do not drive, taxis are a'plenty and for $15 each way you can gt to the centre of he town, and for any island sightseeing you can hire a taxi/driver for a set fee or take any one of the numerous island tours and activities that are offered...the condo has a full information pack for all of these or just as Laura..:-))
We cannot wait to return to Cozumel and Laura's condo.....don't look anywhere else....this condo has it all and more.
