Best Trip Ever!

I visited the resort for my 40th birthday celebration. After deciding where I wanted to stay, I started contacting different owners. Kim was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and their prices were competitive. The resort was absolutely magnificent! I travel and travel often but this was the best vacation ever. We booked a 5 bedroom villa and were placed in a 5 bedroom + bonus room, in essence giving us 6 bedrooms. There were 9 of us traveling all together and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. There was a little language barrier with the maid that made breakfast in the morning (as I don't eat pork or speak Spanish); however, the staff in the villa concierge was happy to assist in conveying our requests. The pool guy who came by every morning made me feel rich :-). We visited the VIP beach, Serenity Beach, Harmony Beach and just about every restaurant there. The staff was amazingly friendly and even arranged for my friends and I to meet them at a local club (I don't normally venture away from the resort, but hey, you only live once.) Kim sent us some tips and reminders prior to going which I felt were very helpful as well. I'm trying to figure out how we can go again for a family Christmas trip. Highly, highly, highly recommended. Beware of some newer owners that promise things that they can't guarantee, ie. black wristbands, helicopter transfer, etc.
