House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10-12)

This year round vacation rental has just been completely remodeled. Everything is fresh, beautiful and is brand new. There is a huge back yard with a covered patio, BBQ, large grassy area to play & a giant heated swimming pool to cool off in while enjoying the California sun.

There is also a fantastic view of the Disneyland fireworks show from the back yard.
About Julie King

I have lived in Southern California for my whole life. As a kid my favorite things to do were going to Disneyland and hanging out at the beach. You can do all those things while staying in ur house. Anaheim is centrally located, so it is easy to get anywhere you want to go in Southern California.

This house has been completely renovated and everything is brand new. There is a huge swimming pool in the private backyard. At night there is an specktacular view of the Disney fireworks show. You will love it!

Great Location Loved the Pool

We took our 4 grandchildren to Disneyland for Spring Break and this house was perfect, great location, easy to get back and forth to Disneyland and the Walmart is the next exit a 5 minute drive. The view of the fireworks from the backyard was great. Loved the fact that after a long day at Disney, the kids could come back and swim and we could just kick back and relax. Having a washer and dryer was great, in fact having two washers and dryers was even better. Will definntely recommend this house to anyone considering going to Disney and if we ever get back we will stay here again.

Awesome Vacation!

We stayed at Julie's AMAZING home for 3 nights, myself, 3 siblings, my mom and 7 children. What a delight! I can't believe I ever wasted time or money staying at a hotel! The house was well stocked, clear instructions for checking in/out, clear prompt communication between Julie and myself...the list goes on! The pool was great. The location was close enough to walk (the 2 four year olds had little difficulty with the distance even after a full Disney day). The house was clean, comfy and there was plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood is safe and clean. I would definitely recommend this property to any friends or family going to Disney. We were all completely satisfied.

Julie was very accommodating and available by phone for our stay. Everything was great. Very clean. Everything is just as advertised. We felt very safe walking back and forth to the park. At first, we were disappointed to find only one bathroom. Really? how boneheaded could we be to have rented a place with one bathroom for 8 people? Then, I got a call from my wife saying she found another bathroom in our bedroom. It really wasn't hidden. It just looked like a closet door. Wow, what a relief. If you are deciding between this location and another, choose this one.

Great house!

We stayed here for 6 nights in April with our two sons and our daughter/son-in-law. It couldn't have been more perfect. Delightfully designed and beautifully appointed decorated home with all the amenities. We had everything we could possibly need. The Kings even provided a small soft-side cooler that was perfect to take into Disneyland. The pool was fabulous. Our youngest wanted to spend more time there than the park! If only we could have had more time to enjoy it! Being so close to Disneyland was great and so was the easy access to all the resort-area restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. I can't imagine going back to a small hotel room after having so much wonderful space to stretch out.

Disnet holiday

Visited Feb19-Feb26. 3adults and 6 children aged 3-14. House was as advertised. Well stocked with toys for children, although the play station was not working.Short walk to Disney. Laundry facilities were supurb. Julie does know the needs of families with children. Were not able to use the pool as much as we thought we would due to lack of time. Watching the fire works from the back yard was a bonus. Would recommend this VRBO.
